[Resolved]  HCL Technology — got a fraud mail , want some action against this person

Sir,
I, have also received a similar letter today.
The company has to take immediate action to trace out this sender and to file a police complaint under 'CPC' section 420.

I dont know why this HCL people has not yet taken any action on this fraud people... I am ashamed of HCL really.. I am getting this mail from 2 months... Also they have made an account in the name of HCL tecnologies... They are really spoiling HCL's name..

I purchased a HCL computer on dated 28.12.2007 in Muzaffernager (UP). At the time of purchasing the dealer(Sharma Computer Aids, Mahavir Chowk Muzaffar Nagar (UP) M. [protected], [protected] ) told i will get 1 years warranty and service at my home having machine Sr.No= B074A2216484, Product Code= A2L00176 and Product Desc. LX BUSYBEE ALPHA 4990. In the service centre he told me that motherboard will be replaced. He kept the computer for more than 3 week and told me that motherboard changed. Later on when he returned the problem was same. I know he has not done anything . But he told that he has replaced the motherboard and the new motherboard is also defective. The service of HCL is very poor. Please never purchase any HCL computer And ask your friends also not to purchase any HCL products.

there could have been more request but the executive haven't provided me with any request

this transaction has been debited from the bank and i know the client personally and he

received the payment on 2nd of January.i have already submitted the documents and am sure
this time it is the bank who is culprit for keeping my payment on hold.
this is not the first time the bank has done this.its has also happened at times of my
oversea payment where i had to fight with the bank and give them their own request no.
given by them to the releasing bank.
i need a solution for this and my money with the loss that i have barred.
