[Resolved]  Hero Honda Motors Ltd. — Probleme in Bike

Dear Sir,
I have purchased a bike of Hero Honda Motors Ltd., Through dealer M/s Tanushka Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. and I facing problem of pick-up missing after first service but company has not give me satisfactory performance. So I tell them to replace my bike, but they again-n-again trying to set-off the same to me.
I make them online complaint through complaint no.44010103 DATED 17.11.2010 and below mentioned mails

Dear Sir,
As per old reference I make my last re-service on 23.11.2010 and I received my bike on 25.11.2010. on 1572 Kms. but today on 29th November, 2010 its being again (pick-up missing) and I make complaint for the same to Mr.Sharma (Manager), Service Center , Tanushka Automobiles, Gwalior .
I want to take again in front of you that I already make my bike service 15 times in just last three months. Now tell me what I do for that bcz I have getting tired to go again and again to service center and also bear the loss of Rs.1600/- approx.

Dear Sir, I am already given you application for replacement of bike in first mail, so please tell me about further action in future for me.

I have not received any attention from your side, there for I make call to Mr.Rajeev at dealer Tanuskha Automobiles, City Center, Gwalior on 21st November, 2010 and he said to trying to solve my problem. in the metter yesterday (23st November) they send there mechanic to my premises and takes my bike for re-service on 1 O’clock. There fore I am requesting you to give instructions to Service Center to make perfect solution of this problem, and it would never comes to service center for the same reason again in future. At present the bike is in authority of service center.

My bike having problem of go-slow in running (CHALNE ME GADI JHATKE LETI HAI) such as the petrol is finished but I have sufficiant Petrol in tank and also engine gives sound of PATAK. I take my bike two times before 1st service at showroom and he trying to solved my problem out side record at there end but after runnning of three-four days approx 30-50 kms its being again. I have attand my first service on 535 kms on 06.09.2010, but the problem not solved and after that my bike has gone to service center approx 13 to 14 times which shown 4 times on record.
Yesturday my bike attand by Mr.Amit your experts (as per attender of Mr.Haneef of Tanushka Automobiles, Gwalior) but the problem is continue at present my running 1395 kms till this time.
Sir, It is now very critical position to me to go again and again to service center because of its so far from my house approx 10 kms. and I am a middle class person and having job in privet sactor and the service center having load of many rush of vehicle and taking approx 2 to 4 hours for and for the time my salary has been deducted for the period and also expencive for Petrol and up to date I already bear loss of approx Rs.1500/-.
Sir, please take immediate action to my case, I am unable to maintain this bike and want replacement of bike from company. There for it is hardly request to You.

Hero Honda Motors Ltd. — Non Delivery

Respected Sir,

Passport office has dispatched our three pass against consinment no. ED[protected], 8895, 88905 on 27th Oct. 2008 from Delhi to Gurgaon. These passport are urgently needed. But sorry to inform you that till date it has not been delivered.Please help us to trace these consinment. As per track record the parcel was dispatched to gurgaon on 28th Oct. 2008 by 5.25 pm.

i had paid rs10, 000.00as advance in VALLI MOTORS for an PASSION PRO bike IN 07/10/10. I had booked RED COLOUR bike but still now they can"t deliver it. And there is no responsible answers also .SO I HATE THIS KIND OF BUSINESS DEALERS AND ALSO THE HERO HONDA FOR NOT TAKING SERIOUS ACTION AGAINST THEM...
