Hero Honda Splendor+ — FAULTY ENGINE

I have purchased the bike, hero honda splendor+ from SUYOG MOTORS ( SASWAD ) on 04/03/10.which is reseller under SHUBYAN MOTORS ( HADAPSAR ). The bike engine is faulty which has been already informed to both the service centers...but they havent taken it seriously...its frequent problem for me with bike which is of just 2months old...I TRUST HONDA ...so i purchased the splendor...but this is really a bad service fromhonda which i cant expect...so pls do the needful asap...i will be thankful to u.

I have purchased your Hero Honda Splendor Plus bike on DT: 18.07.2011, from (Janaki Motors), Villivakkam, Chennai, but now my bike is not giving proper mileage, when I used at 1st time it gives 52kms, but now it giving 40kms, this is very poor performance. When I showed my bike to your service centers they are not providing proper solution and they haven't taking it seriously, even I have serviced bike 5 times within 4 months. But this is really a bad service from Honda which I can’t expect...so pls do the needful ASAP...

I have purchased your Hero Honda Splendor Pro bike on DT: 13.09.2011, from (VENKATARAMANA MOTORS), S.V.R. COMPLEX, V.T.ROAD, NALGONDA and DEALER CODE:10887. My bike back side spoke wheel tyre is not in good condition. I went for check up to Local Tyre Mechanic of Nalgonda by the advise of Hero Honda service centre, Nalgonda. The Mechanic said that back side tyre is filling air inside and the tyre has to be replaced. Then I informed to Hero Honda service centre, Nalgonda. they said that we can have replacement authority upto (3)months OR 2800 KMs only. So they gave advice to consult Head Office at Hyderabad by the recomended letter from this Service centre. Then I have been moving around this Service centre from (3) days by loosing my Casual Leaves. I am so far away from the Service centre(160)KMs.When I showed my bike problem to your service centers they are not providing proper solution and they haven't taking it seriously, even I have serviced bike 3times within 7 months. Hence I kindly requested to solve my problem at Nalgonda Service Centre only. I and My big family, friends are regular customers of Hero Honda.my bike details are as follows:
