[Resolved]  Herohonda — no response from sevicing center about damaged parts by them for replacement

I m from BELAGAUM. It's in KARNATAKA.

I have a complaint AGAINST HEROHONDA COMPANY that they dont have any responsibilities in their SERVICE CENTERS provided all over INDIA.

I have taken a KARIZMA BIKE from my native place belgaum, from NAGSHANTI HERO HONDA SHOWROOM & SERVICE CENTER OPPOSITE CIVIL HOSPITAL, NEAR RANI CHENNAMMA CIRCLE, PUNE MUMBAI HIGHWAY, BELAGAUM KARNATAKA - 590016.

I Buyied karizma in 2007 october. After buying from there with in 4 to 5 months i got cracks on my bike body which is of fibre in front both side's near the screws of front body, near front headlight. I had
given many complaints about it to floor mager to each & every one in that showroom.
They used to say when from company the feedback man, means some body who comes from the herohonda company every month to solve the problems about parts in bikes & replacing it in warranty will come & they will inform him about my problem...

BUT TILL TODAY there is no response from them... I am fed up of going asking each week & litsening to there same answer... And i told them that my bikes behind right & left side's fribre body has cracked fromm last 8 months ago & i have given compalint to them...

Now i m fed up off, i m goinf each & every week there & asking, & i have done each & every free & paid sevicing & now to for each & every month I m doing paid servicing... BUT there is no response about my complaints...


I am shamed of having bike from this company & i want to tell each & evry one in india dont buy bikes from hero honda company... they dont have proper service centers & there workers they dont have manners & they do no do there work...

This company gives advatisement & while buying they say hero honda desh ki shaann dakh dakh...

But they are LIEYERS... THEY ARE BIG BLOODY LIEYERS>>>>>

HINDI MEIN JHOOOOOOOOOOOTE...

Today this is my last compalint... if my problem is not solved with in this month I will go to CONSUMER COURT... if my problem means my complaint is not solved I will go to SUPREME COURT... & if it is not solved there i know what to do...

There is one SAYING...

BY HOOK OR CROOK...

But also i think this time this company will solve my problem...

Other wise my dear hero honda company... ... ... ...
