i purchased my HP Pavillion 6502 AU notebook laptop on 5th October 2007. I registered it for gift associated with it, but did not receive any e-mail stating what to do next.

have purchased a hp dv2910tx laptop. There was a free gift (digitale camera, student bag, headphoneoffer when i purchased a laptop and i have completed all the formalities also and also confirmed with the hp redemption dept. they told me that u will get ur gift in the month of december 1st week but there is no such gift i have recieved till now. now whn ever i call them so they replied me same ans that u will recieve ur gift in 10-15 days coz of there is no stock available. my redemption code is XMXEF9S4F i have purchased a laptop on 27OCTOBER 2008 but still not recived anything. I also bought Hp dv2910tx laptop on 19th November, 2008. I sent the required documents and received confirmation that they have received all docs on 1st December and that I shall receive the Digital Camera by 14th January.
I am waiting since then.
I atleast wanted to know the status of my redemption.
For this i dropped a number of maills, but no reply from those guys at HP.
Then I also tried calling them on the number given, but it looks like they have set "Number is Busy"... as their caller tune.
Today I had luck and got to speak with one of their SO CALLED customer care executive, She assured me that they will send me the gift within 10 dayz.
NOW THIS IS NOT WHAT WE EXPECT FROM HP.

I am suppose to get a free gift from above company, on my laptop.

but after 3 month waiting, I received nothing, 2 days before I recieved one parcel with broken seal ( POSTAL service), So I rejected this, Please somebody take note of my complaint.

HP — HP Pavilion Laptop promotional gift is not received

Dear Sir,

I have purchased HP Pavilion laptop on 26/01/2009. To get the promotional offer of Philips Home Theater I have registered with HP site and sent all the required document along with cheque of Rs.1499 to SOLUTION INTEGRATED MARKETING SERVICES PVT LTD which handles the HP's promotional offer.
And got the acknowledgment for the documents that I sent. The cheque was realised on 26/03/2009.

And the offer says that the gift will be dispatched within 6 weeks of time.
However even after waiting 4 months of time there is no sign of receiving the gift and there is no acceptable response given by the company which always saying the stock is unavailable.

And I am sure lot of people facing same/similar issue with HP promotional offer.

Hp / free gift from redemption cell — Regarding the delivery of free gift

I have purchased a laptop of hp by 2009 new year. i was promised to give a gift of Philips Home theatre and DVD player. I have sent all the needed documents to the Redemption cell. Now i am said that the gift is sent to Bangalore but it has been ceased by the sales tax department in Bangalore. So i am informed by Overnite Courier people that the gift will be despatched only if the Hp people provide necessary documents. Also i dont know why the Courier people shipped the gifts from Delhi to Bangalore without proper documents. The gift was despatched fom Delhi by March 30. Still i have not received the gift. the concerned people please do the needful.

HP Laptops — I have not got my promotional gift yet even after 9 months of my claim

21-oct-2009 I called the service center[protected] for enquiry for laptop status but they cannot give any information about the laptop that is the reason they did not any work against the claim?
Again I visited the service center 28-oct-2009, the service centre said me your laptop warranty is expired. HP send a mail “you warranty is expire for your punching/invoice date” that matter is clearly says that one year warranty of your laptop
is expire on 21-oct-2009.I send my laptop before expiry date that is on 16-oct-2009, time
14:00, but how can you say that expiry date is over.
I submitted my laptop on 16-oct-2009 but your service center mail you on 21-oct-2009, time= 14:35 after receiving the mail by HP replay a mail to the service center that inform laptop warranty is over .This is your problem not mine. The delay made by your service center who informed you late.
Due to these reason how can I suffer form problem, this problem is create by your media not by me.
That’s why my laptop is in warranty so you have to give me proper service.
Kindly request to you solve this claim.
