delay in delivery of the lpg refill

Iam a consumer of HP gas LPG with consumer number 607419 and the dealers name & tel no is New Sawhney Gas Delhi , tel no is 22526366.I had booked the gas on 27/11/07 on the general booking number 1716 and booking number was 23. I have yet to receive the delivery.
I am not ben able to contact the gas agency on the phone. Even the complaint number of HP 22408306 is also not responding.
Even after introducing very good system of booking the refill on 1716 and through internet, the end result is not satisfactory. We have to struggle in contacting the agency. It may pleas be reviwed and reasons may please be ascertained. Corrrective measues may please be taken to adress the grivances.

I am the consumer of HP gas agency with consumer no515205 at Ashoka gas agency [ CODE 16007800 ], SUBASH NAGAR Jaipur. The supplies of refill cklynder is very poor from this dealer . Booking phone are always busy . One have to personaly go to dealer to book the clynder. I have booked refill clynder on 5-12-2008 . and till today Have not RECEIVED the supply of filled clynder .

All complaint go unacted. what to do?

We the Consumer of Aska town of Ganjam District, ORISSA under the agency of BALAJI GAS AGENCY, ASKA, GANJAM, ORISSA hereby facing the problem of issue of getting the HP Gas cylinder in time since last 1 year. BALAJI GAS AGENCY, ASKA, GANJAM, ORISSA is the worst class service provider of HP in ASKA, GANJAM rather they supplies Gas in time to the MAFIAs and BLACK MARKETERS .The said agency supplies gas to with higher charges (Rs.550/-) per cylinder when we barely required it. Kindly resolve the issue soon for the well being of general public those resides in ASKA.

I have booked for HP LPG refil cylinder on my Gas Connection No.706113 at Panwar Gas Agency, Shop No.10, Sector 13, GDA Market, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad about 15 days back, but I have not been able to get the cylinder refilled as yet. Please take up the matter with the concerned agency and instruct them to supply the same, as my last cylinder is going to finish any time.

I am using services of Hindustan Petroleum from 2003, recently I got transferred from Mumbai to Kolkata. I handed over my two cylinders and Regulator to Lalit Agencies in Vashi Navi Mumbai, they gave me transfer letter and told me it will be done in any HP Gas agency in Kolkata. I handed over the documents to Sushma Gas and Gadget in CK market, Saltlake city Kolkata. Then they told me that we need to verify your credential through Internet, and after verification it will be done by tommorrow. Next day I called up, person picks the phone and told me call after 1:30 p.m. then I called up at 2 p.m. got the answer there was some problem in the Internet we have not done the verification yet, Please call tommorrow. Next day again I called up and person told me we are very busy call at around 1 p.m. I called up 1 p.m got the answer due to "Kolkata Band" we are facing scarcity of the staffs, so pls call tommorrow. I enquired from my friend and he told me tommorrow offices will closed. Then there will be sunday and republic day, it looks like transferring a GAS connection is a never ending story with Hindustan Petroleum.

I am the consumer of LPG connection wide no. 622782 of Pawar gas agency, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad (U.P.) I had booked my refill on dt. 08.01.2009 but still i am waiting for delivery of my gas cylinder Every time I am getting reply "gas will be delivered within next two three days". I have finished second one also. Today they told me that refill is delivering today but not delivered.

Dear Sir,

I am the consumer of MAHALAXMI GAS SERVICE, (B-2, Geetanjali Tower, Near ESI Hospital, Ajmer Road, JAIPUR, my Consumer No.114276 . I had booked my refilling of LPG Cylinder on 19.01.2009, which was delivered on my residence on 02.02.2009. I am very surprised that inspite of reduction in refilling charges agency has send invoice Rs. 335.65. on contacting the said agency no response received . It is requested to please issue necessary directive to the agency for return of my excess amount immediately, or other wise I am free to take legal action through consumer court. Early action is anticipated.

.My LPG CON no is 604383. I booked for refilling on someday in the first week of october2oo9 by your computer system.On14.io.09 I inquired after delivery.I am told by my gas dealer that my booking had not been done as the computer booking system was discontinued.They made fresh booking.On my repeated request they told I would get my refill only on my turn.For no fault of mine, I am suffering.Though I have double cylinder I am passing last three days without gas.Please ensure refill supply tomorrow.thanks.My dealer is Mohanty Enterprise.Ph No 033 2534 4274

I having consumer number 615402, have booked for a gas refill vide W/L no 2290 dtd 10.12.2009 with Chirayu Gas Service.

Even after 11 days, the gas is not delivered to me.

Pl look in to this, and take necessary action to ensure I am issued with the refill cylinder.

Sir,
This is to inform u that im a resident of panchkula(haryana).I m a member of HP gas(consumer no.505747).but i m not satisfied with the service of ur distributor RUP GAS AGENCY. Sec -20 Pkl.
Every time when i call they put the reciever +aside and whenever by chance they pickup the phone they talk very rudely especially the women sitting over there, it seems like that we r begging them for the delievery.this is thier routine practice and for last two years i m facing the same problem.
i booked my gas on 03/01/10 and the last delivery i recieved is on 29/11/09. its approx. 2 months to get next delivery.
I just want to know is this the routine shortage every time in HP, OR the distributor making us fool.
Please look into the matter and take necessary action against the problem.
I hope positive response from ur side.

I am consumer of hp gas and my consumer no. P00197 and my gas agency is pitambara gas service near jhansi hotel, sadar bazar, jhansi.It is to bring to your kind notice that inspite of earlier booking I am not recieving the gas supply regularly and in time, sometime even after booking I am unable to get the gas supply after two month also, this shows that no consumer rules are followed by the gas agency and unneccessary harashment bieng done to the consumer, if such type of services is carried out by your gas agency I will have to approach the consumer court for the bad services against you and your gas agency for justice and further I will also ask in RTI whether the gas distribution is done as per booking and will also ask the supply made by you to the gas agency and whether the distribution is done as per booking or otherwise because as per consumer right I should get the gas supply regularly and in time.
Your early and neccessary action in the matter is very much solicited.

I am a consumer of HP gas LPG with consumer number P00197 and the dealers name & tel no is Pitambara Gas service Jhansi, tel no is 0532-471348.I had booked the gas on 5/01/10 . I have not yet received the delivery.In this connection so many times contact on phone for immediate delivery of gas but nothing has been heard so far.
Kindly instruct to the dealer for immediate home delivery of gas to avoid the problem.This matter may be treated as most urgent otherwise I will go to the consumer forum.

Iam a consumer of HP gas LPG with consumer number 600109 and the dealers name is ruchita gas pali(marwar) .I had booked the gas on 15.02.2010 but yet i didn't get cylender. i called manny time at ruchita office but they didn't reply properly. so i request to u for delevery of cylender as soon as possible. thanks.

As on date I am having single cylinder, I am repeatedly requesting my distributor to give me DBC since last one year and I have given affidafit for applying DBC in May2009, Till now my distributor is not giving me DBC and behaviour of my distributor is very very ruide . I have requested that when my cylinder get empty then immediately I do not have alternative to get my food cooked on 2nd cylinder but distributor do nott listen to me, after applying for refilling we get cylinder after 10-15 days during that peiod i suffer anf thats why I requested for DBC but due to distributor harasment i am not getting the same . You are requested Please please help me in getting 2nd cylinder . Today I amd handycapped ( having leg fracture ) and there is no one at home to help me in getting my food cooked withou gas . please please help
