i am facing very big problem from my HP GAS Distributor.Every time they delay to replace full cylinder. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP.I book the gas last 22/12/2007,and still date our gas cylinder not deliverd. the agency's phone has been engaged for the past four days.
does one have to go the gas agency each time to get a delivery?if the phone does not work,it should be disconnected rather than continuing to possess the number.it is just a way to waste the government's money,which is actually our money....

Of all the products and companies that I have dealt with in my life. I have found HP Gas (Ajith Enterprises, Jeffriguda, Mehdipatnam) to be the worst and the most pathetic of all of them. They would put all the other government departments to shame in their patheticness. I am trying to get a new connection from HP Gas Agency in Pune namely M/s. Pratap Gas Agency. First they insisted to buy a new stove from them. Then they sent one person for inspection and looking at the stove in my home they said you already have a connection.

As per a ruling by MRTPC (Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Commission) these agencies or LPG distributing companies can not force the customers...

We have two HP gas connections in our house and have been booking the gas from HP dealer, Smruti Gas Agency, Forest park, Bhubaneswar. The service provided by the said agency is quite shoddy and they never give proper information. Although we agree with the company rules the behaviour of the staff is extremely rude and offenssive. They are simply not bothered that they are service providers and make the consumers feel as if they are doing...

I have transferred from the Delhi, I have contatcted many time to my HP Lpg cylinder distributors but they make no any response by saying that next time. Since August 2006 to till now I am compailed to registerred the complain. Kindly make necessary arrangemet to provide me double cylinder facility. This has reference to unfair and restricted trade practices adopted by the different gas agencies of district – Sikar, State - Rajasthan. News to this effect are published from time to time in different news papers. Indifferent attitude of the district administration towards the public grievances and their inaction further encourage them to indulge in such activities.

It is to make a regrous complaint against the HP Gas distributor in Faridabad i.e. M/s. Sumit Enreprises, Shop No.188, Main Market, Sector-7A, Faridabad[protected]/2)240555.
There is no system of booking viz delivery of the gas cylinders as well as the Front Desk People treat in worst kind of behaviour.

We would request you to address this issue with proper department/divion...

I had to book gas cylinder but all my attempts(about 100) through out the day on 03.01.2008 to book the cylinder on telephone proved futile & I had to personally go to the agency on 04.01.2008 to book the cylinder. The deliveryman Mr. Rajesh came on 11.01.2008 only & all the cylinders he was carrying were found to be under weight & seals broken/ tempered. On questioning he said we are receiving cylinders in this condition only....

I have registered HP cooking Gas from M/s. Rajarajan Gas Distruibutors, Pondicherry vide my Registration Numbers 649378.

With great difficulty I get the phone connection of this agency(Phone No.[protected],2246166 & 2242268) and the response is like they will deliver the gas the same day evening or the next day or within 1 hour all false commitments, even after the booking is done before 15 days...

I booked my gas delivery on 25 dec. 2007 but i do not got the delivery yet .
