Dear Team I have a hathway broadband connection since last 2 years (can be tracked through he below mentioned registered mobile number) but for the past 3-4 months I am facing the regular problem of internet not working. I have also observed that when I call the customer care the internet automatically starts working while I am talking to the customer care representative. Also, the speed of the connection is very slow which was not happening earlier. Request you to urgently look into the same else I will have to take strong legal action of not providing the committed services to the customers. In case of no revert from your side within 3 working days, it shall be deemed that you are not at all concerned about the consumer satisfaction and I am free to move to higher compliance authorities looking into the same. Thanks !!

Dear sir/madam Am a resident housewife of M-ward chembur west, from past 4 days we are getting contaminated water. Its not only brown in color but stinks like gutter and so its infeasible not only for drinking but also for bathing washing and other daily chores. Most of the residents including us here are now getting sick due to this water intake, babies and children being the major class affected. The stink is unbearable and it gets difficult to even open taps when you are 2 rooms apart. In spite of being loyal tax payer families abiding each and every govt rules and regulations, we arent getting the most important resource, water, for our well being. We at least expect clean hygienic resources from you. Please look into this matter. Hoping the Bmc would try to do the needful.

Hi, On 5th Aug 2015 I took Broadband connection CEF No TBLR7002159 from Ranganath([protected]). They told it will happens by Saturday 9th Aug 2015. On sunday I called executive Ranganath, He told it will happens on Monday. Same day I called customer care [protected], they also told wait for monday and let us know if not happened they will take action. Monday I waited Tuesday I waited, called Customer care again, this time they raised the complaint. Wednesday I called again Ranganath he gave this number [protected](purushottam)..After calling them they told it is activated...Surprisingly I dont have connection at all. After all listening they told they will come and install at thursday. On thursday I called again Ranganath, and this number office [protected] because they told that they come in morning to install. Thursday Morning they told, they will come and install today ...by 3:00 PM when I called again for status they are telling raise the complaint ..recklessly. I found with your customer care and service centre this TBLR7002159 is registered on another name( KIRAN etc) with different address? Whose mistake is this? And the ranganath is telling it is activated, today we will install, tomorrow we will install, and finally telling like raise the complaint to customer care blah blah blah, he is speaking recklessly . I am calling Ranganath([protected]) from sunday, now he is not at all responding to my calls. I called Airtel Purushottam ([protected]) ( his number given by RANGANATH), so many times he is also not responding? I called five times to Customer care([protected]) you people are raising complaints ...Nothing movement. Finally I wrote complaint to [protected]@in.airtel.com, by this time of posting it happend 22 hrs no reply(as per their policy it will take 8hrs to get back to mail, CS executive told me) Kindly do needful, Please refund my money because the Airtel service is worst as of my experience.
Hello, I am Dr.Ashfaq Hussain a customer of your company who has paid Rs.12000 for one year . I want to bring to your notice how I was treated by your so called customer care and the account section people. The Team leader called me to upgrade to 20mpbs and i will get a waiver of the hub money to which i am supplying the current at present.I paid the whole amount minus Rs1185 which was asked by your team leader to me not to pay. After one month Mr.Srinivas from account section via telephone asked me to pay the rest of the amount.I explained to him and asked him to clarify it with the team leader.He just cut the connection for two -three working days and sends messages after massages to pay..I sent someone to your Banjara Hills office to complain .It was reconnected.then again this week it was disconnected.I had to pay the required money only then my connection was restored. Is this the way you people work and trouble your customers. One person ishaving act connection at Red Hills area.He got the waiver money.I explained this to Mr.Srinivas.But who is going to oversee his working You got your money.i now request to call me at 10.00a.m. today to know exactly how they work in their office. Mr.Srinivas behaviour was rude and he cannot even express himself properly and can not understand what i am asking. your sms section sends a ticket number when you complain .Without asking the customer they will close by themselves and never interact or talk with the customer in any way and say in their message that they have interacted thus fooling the officers by showing that they are working sincerely to expedite the complaints of the customer. There is no rappot between your team leader and the account section .If i was told before about this I would have joined Hathway and not your Act.I will now tell all my patients not to join your Act because you people cause only trouble. I know you will not give me back the extra money which i paid but i want a serious reprimand to your team leader, account section people and an extension of 2 months extra for the trouble and harrasment caused by your customer care.Thanks . My ip is 172.18.35.6 from Maynaguri Dist Jalpaiguri Pin 735224. and i am currently using Surf plan in whch i am promised to get constant speed of 256Kbps bt i receive only 100-125 kbps i.e 16-18KBps speed. I contacted the local alliance provider but no satisfactory answers could be made. I am really displeased with the problem and thinking of change in the broadband i am using. This is my order detail and i have not received my order yet and store is not picking up my phone also.
I got a call from this stupid number *** [protected]***** for refund the money after verifying my debit cards details. Even this person not related to this matter. This fool ask my ATM card detailing including PIN & OTP numbers. So please do not give this pin number to any one even he was higher officials any department. If any body asking you pin number at the moment start shouting using bad words without fail.

This number is not functioning when I tried after this call. It may fake or internet call. So public should aware of this fraud
In my street there are more than 10 dogs. these dogs jumps the 5 feet wall and comes in to the compound wall. It keeps on barking through the whole night and tear all our clothes and makes the place dirty in my home.Request you to take necessary steps.

Sir, Just to let you know we are residing at Bharat Nagar near Ashok Vihar Delhi 110052. There are rapid increase in dogs in our area. Its a humble request to take a strict action against them. Danger of 30-feet Tree planted close to the house Respected Sir, We have a tree that has been planted very close to our house wall by our neighbors . Despite several requests to fell the overgrown branches, Over the last few days, due to the heavy rains, the branches are completing tilted to our terrace and on road, children's will be playing on the road in which below the tree so please take some action to cut the tree. it is a old tree we don't know when it is going to fall. Respected sir, i m resident of delhi, since last 12 years, the house present at the back{adjacent} is letting massive inflow of water towards my house, , , this problem has increased so much that the water has started coming out from the floor at ground level. This in future can even lead to fall in building, it can cause even death of all residents staying nearby...Owner of flat is continously ignoring this thing inspite of many reminder...
