I purchased a set of software by making an online payment - which was in response to their advertisement on their on line portal - I got lured to the offer seeing to the visuals of advertisement, it was to my shock when I recd. The product I found that the software cds supplied were stale and out-dated and that too as out-dated as 2003 - which was totally against the product visuals shown on the portal. I t was shocking and upsetting to get out-dated software and felt cheated. It was after their attending the complaint and taking all the botheration and facing their apsard communication telephonic dialogues, the cds were packed and returned at the address given by them. It was too my shock and disappointment the re-supplied CD set was again the same stale and out-date software and the difference this time is that the first supply was stale out-dated products in a old pack and now the this time the difference is just old stale out-dated product without a pack it can be very well defined as cheating and harassing. I have a great mental torture and strongly appeal that I should be duly compensated and the company penalized for their cheating act the company should be directed that they post and appoint good responding mannerly speaking personnel's at their customer care desks.

this is after one mr jitendra spoke to me yesterday the 16th inst and today morning one madame called up it was on the second call confirmed to me that blue dart courier shall be calling and collecting the product and in this ticket it mentions tnt and the nos so provided are not of my town udaipur please send clarification the consignment has to be handed over to blue dart or which courier I feel sorry that small purchase mistake by my son on home shop portal would be so full of botheration and complications

I deeply regrett to re complain on the supply of this product XX it is today I have received the goods returned back by courier it is to my surprise and shock I feel fully cheated by homeshop 18 and pain stuck to be tossed here and there read my comments carefully the original pack which I received was old stale cds in a old pack and now it is the same old stale cds and this time without a pack and loose and it is the same 2003 software pack sent back and I have tried only one software which is the family tree maker which is the same old version and to my surprise the same is also not getting registered online as per the software guidelines online it always gives a prompt failed I do not know what to do now it seem you all are shirking of from supplying the advertised products and tossing me here and there I am sure you would understand my pain and imagine the agony of dealing with such a reputed company portal I feel the vendor is misusing your liberties and exploiting your customers and your reputation is going for a toss I am pain stuck and feel cheated

it is a matter of great surprise and very easy for you to mention that my no DID not correct because you all know that this ticket is a complaint of cheating and harassment and not a fresh buyer I would suggest you to please go through my all tickets you will find that this issue has been escalated so many times the product as per your advise was sent back at the address advised by you and it is in spite of returning the product the same stale product has been returned back and it is now you say that the again I have to send the product back and then you will refund the amount to me it is a matter of pain that this is the service provided by your company and for refunding a few hundred rupees you want your dis satisfied customer who has been cheated because of your misleading advertisements it is on the contrary it should be the duty of your department to compensate the customer who has been harassed by making a refund of the double amount of the stale old product supplied without asking for the product to be returned.

Home Shop 18 — lack of response and cheating

I had ordered a stainless steel dinner set of 77 pieces at home shop 18, as they advertise there product in television. While the product was displayed in the TV the size of the Donga's where quite big (more than 1 liter) when the product was received , the size of the Donga's were very small for which i was disappointed. I contacted there customer care center and addressed the issue , but i got no proper response , the asked to give me the full refund , for which the executive i spoke with said to courier back the product and i will receive the refund. He also said that he will message me the address to which i should send the courier, but i never received the message from them. The details of the product is mentioned below.

I purchased (for my bad luck)a designer gas stove from home shop 18, according to website item would be shipped in 3-4 days. So happy i was because i got a message from customer care after one day only my item has been shipped. But how wrong i was because still now i have not received my item which was sent(or lied) on 7th December. Usually any courier will take only 4-5 days to deliver anywhere in India. So two days back i called up customer care and asked about the status. This was the reply i got from one senseless lady:-
1) They sent my item in some 'Local Courier' which do not have any name or they do not know the name.
2) They do not know any contact number of the courier.
3) May be their senior will be knowing the number but they will not get the number from the senior person.
I have done shopping from E bay, Snapdeal, Flipkart, etc no where else i got this much bizarre experience. I mean what kind of company do not have any information about how they have sent their product. I seriously doubt they have really sent the product or not. I strongly believe now they have fake my product dispatch just to show they are quick because i do not believe no courier service will take 8 days to deliver the item unless they sent it from Antarctica which i doubt is the case here.

After 10 days of waiting still i have not received my item or i could get to know which courier company they have sent or imagined sending my product. It is really annoying and worrying as a customer that online shopping websites such as homeshope18 sending their products without even keeping a record of which courier company they used. Not to mention never receiving a call or any response fromt hem even after 3 complaints. It clearly shows their standards and non-reliability. So i ask all NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM IRRESPONSIBLE WEBSITES LIKE HOMESHOP18.
