[Resolved] Home Shop 18 / Inalsa Food Processor — Very Very bad customer service (Plz don't purchase any product through HS 18) | |
Few months before I got a mail from HSBC saying that I have a special offer in Home Shop 18, if I purchase any item from them using HSBC Credit Card. As per the mail I opened Home Shop 18 web site and purchased one Inalsa Food Processor. But after purchasing the item still now I am getting very bad experience with HS18. After purchasing the product it will take long time to receive my product. I can understand the reason for the delay. But the product I received was not working, so I called Home Shop 18 to replace that. They pick up the product after 15 - 20 days and after getting some repeated complain calls from my side. As per their guidance I send the product to a Sceconderabad shop. After fixing the problem they wanted me to go there and take the product from the vendor. But I told them I do not have time to go, so please send me that. Then they told me it will take 2 days to send. I told them already they have taken huge time, so if they are not able to send within 2 days I want my money back. They told me no problem but this is possible only if you will not receiving the product within 2 days of time. But after that 10 days passed and the status is same. So I demanded for my money back. And still they are not taking any action, only saying gives us 48 hours/12 hours like that and delaying every time. I don't know whether I will get my money back or, not. So, if somebody can help me in this regard, that will be great for me. You can mail me at [protected]@yahoo.co.in And I have a suggestion for all of you, don't purchase anything from Home Shop 18. hey just call national consumer helpline[protected], they will help you regarding this, i got the same problem for other product, but when i filed complaint in helpline, my problem resolved in 2 days with no money spent, its just a consumer power, the helpline send your complaint directly to M of hs18, hence problem resolves soon.

Thanks for ur advice. I got the replacement after a long time. So, i did not filed any complaint. But in future may this number can help me.

ihave paid the amount buty hs18 is denying to receive t5he amount and askin me to fax/emamail the receipt .which ihavemade 2 times the are unable to receive the fax.i am also suffreing uzzal bandopadhaya bilaspur chattisgarh.[protected]/

HomeShop18 — REPLCEMENT OF THE PRODUCT
My Order No.[protected] was replaced on dt.[protected], I also order new one at same rate but the new product in coming on COD mode. So I refuse to keep that new one. I complaint over phone 5o times, When and how my problem will solve?64%
