[Resolved]  Home Shop18 — Defective Product

Dear Sir,
I had purchased a DVD Player from Home Shop 18 but they had sent an defected peace from them as i complained to them against the same and they told me to send it back but i again received the defected piece back.
Please look into the issue and guide me how to go with the issue.
Below i am sending you the details of the conversation i had with them.

and i had returned back the set .
i want refun for a dinnerset .
my order no. is[protected]
a set cost me - Rs. 2999.
and -total courier charges - Rs. 445.
plz refund money as soon as possible.
