Dear HomeShop 18 Team,

As i want to know from your Top Level Management that which types of traning have been given by them to you all that you dont know how to short out the problems& give a feed back to your customer when he/she gives you a response to you through different way,as i have send my "Mela Mine Dinner Set{Product Code-106653}" through your TNT Courier Partner on dated 2nd June,2011where i have send all my details to you--

Airway Bill Number-- DO[protected] WW
Dispatch date-- 02 JUNE 2011
Sender Account Number-- 74099
Customer Reference-- DEL 474490,

and i also make a request to get return my money back but you didn't think to give the response of the customer that you have received my product or not& what initiative your company is taking to short out my problem, you think that the customer is useless and there is no need to give the response,hereby i want the higher authority/Top Level Management to get return my money back& from today onwards i have decided not to purchase your fake product in future.
So, i request you to get return my money back within 3 days until& unless iam going to make registered the complaint against your fake company to the consumer court and RTI.
