Respected sir,

My name Hiten Patel and My mom Mrs. D.V. Patel has gifted me a HONDA CB TWISTER which was bought from NAVSARJAN MOTORS BHARUCH,GUJARAT on 27th July 2010 The bike was good, until I found out this defect. In this Bike I found that there oil leakage from the engine.I've gone to service station but they are saying that it is common,being a mechanical engineer i know that there is some serious problem.Another thing that I would like to tell that the problem which I am facing is to get the genuine spare parts of my bike.For 80 days ago I wanted one whole HEAD LIGHT UNIT FOR MY BIKE.Which was scratched by me during riding.There is no proper date or time given by the showroom authorities that when should i will get it.I had paid 4 it but i didn't get any reply from them. But what followed was even more surprising.First I went to Navsarjan motors saying I have this problem,the guy had a look at me and say that v cant say how much time it can take it may take three to five months.Its company's responsibility that when they are launching a bike they should provide spare parts too And the answers given by the showroom authorities is just unacceptable when you are spending around Rs.45000 from your pocket to buy a good value for money bike. For all along I was quite, but now I feel things are going above a tolerable level. Consumer’s right should be protected, and it is not only the responsibility of a Company but also (Dealers, Sub dealers) every single person associated with it.
I hope you will help me in solving my problem and protect my consumer rights.

honda cb twister — ENGINE OIL LEAKAGE&NOT GETTING GENUINE SPARE PARTS

My name Hiten Patel and My mom Mrs. D.V. Patel has gifted me a HONDA CB TWISTER which was bought from NAVSARJAN MOTORS BHARUCH,GUJARAT on 27th July 2010 The bike was good, until I found out this defect. All was going well till next day the Kutch Kutch Kutch noise started i compliant it to service adviasor he said it is noise of starter motor nosie it is normal insteaqdf if reparing he said go on riding it will not come after some km ride. i think maie ne bohut badi galti kari honda choose karke maie kisi ko advice bhi nahi dunaga honda bike lene ki 14/09/2010 ko mujhe bike di 10:30pm miae ne jab subha dehkha to seat maie defect tha maie 15/09/10 ko ja kar batya par abhi tak mujhe meri bike seat cover change nahi kara gaya hain.

honda (cb-twister) — about spare parts delivery

I submit my bike on joshi aotomobiles bhopal 0n[protected] ,due damage in bike bec. of accident ,so they oder spare parts of about RS15000 which is not deliver by any showroom of bhopal yet, the are not giving the exact date of giving bike to me, they said that they have no spare parts even in mp so they oder from honda2wheeler hareyana but they not get the deliver yet after 21 days .

i have went yesterday to honda service center in pondicherry they told to me this is
manufacturing fault of all vechicle except one or two. I am seen that same fault in other vechile( 75% of vechicle in showroom) but not only shine and unicon & stunner all so.

but this not my matter but i want solve my problem still i am waiting since 22 month So Sir we hope that you understood all the matters and you should take the necessary action against (GIVE UR REPLAY TO MAIL )

After 3 services I am really satisfied from my bike and the dealer is very helpfull and supportive.

I bought honda cb twister at sumedha Honda in gwalior on 5 nov 2010. I think the service of this bike was so bad. I used to this
bike from 2 month, n I am facing lots of problem like speedometer is not working, I complained of that in workshop but no result,
I have get it done my second service after 5 days bike engine was noisy so much n ur mechanic found that oil was not supply in engine then some engine parts was damaged. My bike is on the Honda workshop to 21 jan toll now. I am not getting any answer from workshop.

So, please do something I belong to be a middle class family, iam not able to buy new bike, I do the job in marketing if I don’t get my bike so far, then I will be lost my job.
So please do something.

An accident held on 03/12/2010, relating to which I claimed insurance from my above mentioned dealer on that very date, after eleven days (14/12/2010) at the time of delivery, though I paid all required amount for claim settlement, but they delivered me the two wheeler with broken front inner, with another two broken fiber body parts ( whose item nos. are 50621-KWP - 9W, 81131- KWP-9WZA, 64200 - KWP - 9WZF) . And whatever body color they did that is not according to your company standard of work and with so many spots . And that time they assured me that within very short period they will change those damaged parts and do again the collaring with good quality . But after several notice still they have not entertained my due services . Every time they are assuring for another day from last two month.

I informed that a complaint about my dazzler on 4.9.2010 .but there is no help from your organization so I very helplessly once again informed to you .My bike not in use in the past 15 days because of the battery failure the agencies that the Marikar Honda.statue .Thiruvananthapuram.Kerala not interested to rectifying the complaint I contact several times by phone and directly; as per your directons also [[protected]] .As a castamer you your organization the responsibility is not well done . My experience in Dazzler is not a good bike because the battery is lost every thing is lost; that is the Honda company is not responsible . so this type of approach is very shamefull to the great !!? HONDA.science and technologies are well developed but your technologies not usefull to the custmar .my 5month experience is once again proove that your customer relation very very poor You must control your above mentioned agencies and help the custmers from monitary loss and mental tension.All the situations again and prove that your organizations also helpless, so Idon’t contact again

Dear Sir,
I Complaint before some time of my Honda CB Twister. The complaint is that my cb twister parts has been damaged because o[censored]r engine bad service and my bike is no the showroom since one n half month, and till now it is not repaired because of part’s is not available. I went to service center alternate days and they told me the part’s is not here.what can I do? and what is mistake? Why did’t you understand my problem. So it’s request plz sent the piston n other parts of bike. I do the job n I belong to middle class family n don’y know how I bought this?
If you can not do then return my money n take your bike. I belived in your bike but I was wrong its bad and your bike service is so bad. Other company is so good they think about coustumer but you don’t. who choose it for bike of the year.
So. Sir I am giving you only 4 day’s otherwise I am coming your noida factory for take parts with consumer care report. And I promise I will not buy any bike from your company.

I am sick off your company and your service, my bike is your service center till one n half month. Why I bought this bike for this purpose if you are not able to give good service why you make it.I am not getting result by you. Sir service center manager told me I have no part’s then what can I do? Why didn’t you understand my problem? My exam is start of 8-mar-2011 and I also do the job just suggest me how can I manage without bike? If you are her in place of me then what will you do?

i am Rishad from cochin, kerala, i also have a honda twister. i brought this particular vehicle because of the mileage offered by the company, but im not satisfied with my mileage. last day while i checked its mileage, it has got only 48 km/liter. i also have complaints with the key set. it turns off the engine while riding. i have noticed this complaint from the day i brought this vehicle. i have complianed several times to the service center from where i brought this vehicle (MUTHOOT HONDA, Mamangalam Ernakulam), but they said i have to pay for the replacement of the key set. but i am sure that its manufacturing defect. if anybody could help me please contact me ( [protected]).

I purchased a Honda CB Twister motorcycle from Maa Durgey Honda, Purnia, Bihar on 14/05/2012 in the evening and noticed in the morning that oil is leaking from shockabsorver and make this complain to the dealer`s showroom and workshop and the mechanic called on me next day and tried to tightening the nut bolt but invain it is still leaking.No proper action is being taken for replacement .In my opinion, this might be a manufacturing defect.Even my request vehicle delivered without cleaning and P.D.I. If there would have been P.D.I., said vehicle could be stopped to be delivered and a customer may be saved from dissatisfaction of your valuable product.I am looking forward for redressal of my this grievance as your earliest

Your service station is only for making money without giving service to the customer.You only want to increase sale but after sales service should not be improved.If anything happen to me who will responsible.Because your service station before giving delivery of vehicle they cut our hands with taking signature.
