[Resolved]  Honda Eterno — insurance relate

SUBJECT: - unsatisfaction/ harassment regarding the two wheeler claim no. MOT00838342 registered on 12.07.2008 and the vehicle surveyed on 14.07.2008 at DECENT HONDA SIRSA (Haryana) by the insurance surveyor Mr. Ravi Aggarwal.

Sir,

It is said that I purchased a Honda ETERNO Scooter from M/s Decent Honda on 13.08.2007 and the vehicle was insured through package policy (cash less policy) with your company but on 11.07.2008 my vehicle got damaged by hitting in a big main hole and in that my vehicle body and engine chamber was totally damaged. So I approached the Honda Dealer to claim the vehicle on 12.07.2008 as per rules and repair my vehicle and requested to cover my vehicle losses through insurance claim but they said me that today we cannot process your claim and contact us on Monday i.e. 14.07.2008 today I visited again but their behavior was not supportive and the insurance surveyor Mr. Ravi Aggarwal surveyed the vehicle and passed only chamber losses not the vehicle body losses when I requested to claim the body of the vehicle also they denied my request and the dealer misbehaves with me using abuse words.

I this I was totally harassed and was not satisfied with the insurance surveyor, Honda Dealer, and with the survey of the vehicle because my actual losses was not covered under the insurance claim. If this type of processes remains same then who will be insure/secure in the hands of ICICI LOMBARD and why they will get their insurance with ICICI LOMBARD.

So you are therefore requested to re survey my vehicle and cover all my losses to the vehicle so that I can run my vehicle in order. Else I will force to take up the matter with the Consumer Forum as well as IRDA (Insurance regulatory development authority.)
