DEAR SIR


THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT TODEY IN THE MORNING I HAVE GIVEN MY HONDA CB SHINE TO ALLAHABAD SERVICE CENTER M/S SHREE GRAND HONDA, ALLAHABAD UTTAR PRADESH DUE TO CLUTCH/GEAR FAILIEAR.


AFTER CHECKING THE VIEHCILE HE TOLD ME THAT THE CLUTCH PLATE IS NEED TO BE CHENGED AND IT IS NOT COVERED UNDER THE WARANTY.AFTER I SAID TO HIM THAT KINDLY CHENGE THE CLUTCH PLAT I WILL PAY THE CHARGES OF CLUTCH PLATE.


IN EVENING WHEN I HAVE VISITED THE SERVICE CENTER FOR DILVERY OF MY VIEHCLE THE SERVICE CENTER ASKED ME THAT THE PROBLEM IS SOMETHING ELSE MAY BE DUE TO THAT THE CLUTCH PLATE HAS BEEN DAMGED.


AT THE TIME OF DISCOTION AND EXPLATION GIVEN BY THE SERVICE CENTER I FEEL THAT THEY ARE CONFUSED AND MISGUIDING ME.IF THE CLUTCH PLATE DAMGED DUE TO OTHER REGION THEN IT MUST BE COVERED UNDER THE WARANTY.


I THINK THAT MECHANIC OF THE CERVICE CENTER ARE NOT WELL TRAINED AND THEY WILL HAVE SOME EXPERIMENT WITH MY BIKE WHICH LEADS ANOTHER PROBLEM IN MY BIKE ( ENGEINE CEASE, DURABILTY OF BIKE,MILEAGE, ETC)


THIS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE FACED THIS KIND OF PROBLEM SINCE LAST 15 YEARS OF DRIVING OF EXPERIENCE WITH OTHER BRAND OF BIKES ( BAJAJ , HERO HONDA, TVS, YAMAHA ETC) THIS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY BIKING LIFE.


I AM TOTALY FEDUP WITH HONDA AND HONDA PEOPLE AND I WILL NEVER SUGEST TO ANY ONE TO GO FOR HONDA


THEREFORE I RQUEST TO YOU THAT IF PROSIBIL KINDLY ARRENGE THE PROPER CARE AND WARANTY SERVICE AT THE SERVICE CENTER AS SOON AS POSIBLE. MY DETAILS ARE GIVEN BELOW

honda scooters pvt ltd. — poor service

Dear

I have Purchased a honda shine on 31st january 2010. from our near Distributor Prashant Automobiles,Opp.Truck union ,Bye pass road,bundi from the day i have purchased the bike iam facing problems like 1.cluctch plates seeze after service,battery discharge problem,and also many technical problems which we cant explain i detail,after many compalints to the dealer he is not responding properly result our problem is still standing and even we are not driving the bike in current.

Despite of purchasing a bike of branded company we are facing such huge problems that can harm a human life,kindly look into the matter and respond.

We are looking for an prompt action from your side,so it can stop future actions from our side..
