I had purchased a Activa (Dark Grey colour) on 18th October 2010 from Ganpati Autos, Sector-14, Gurgaon. All was fine till I visited them for my first free service.
When I received the vehicle back after the 1st service there was a space in between the back left indicator and the body of the activa and also there was a humming noisa in the front tyre.
I contacted the service Manager whose said that this is a minor thing and wont affect the performance of the vehicle and he would get the same repaired during the 2nd service.
When I visited for 2nd service and reminded him of the earlier shortcomings, he said that this is by default and all vehicles have the same thing so he cant help for that.
ALso this time there was a new issue that the paint of the rear grip was getting uprooted on its own.
Considering it as quality issue the service manager said that he would only get it painted and would not replace it and also he assured that the same problem would not arise again.
He kept the vehicle for 5 days and returned it painted, promising that if there is a paint problem again he would replace the part.
When I visted for the 3rd service, again the paint was uprooted, I contacted the service manager.
He instead of replacing the rear grip as per hid previous promise, said it would be painted again and not replaced.
This time the vehicle was again with them from 6 days. After 6 days when they returned the vehicle there were acid marks all around the body of the vehicle and also the paint of the rear grip was of very low quality and even not matching.
They have mishandled my vehicle in turn spoiling the whole vehicle.
Now they are not responding me well. ALso they are talking in a very arogant and rude manner.
I am left wuth no help and no resolution.
Request you to please help me get the damaged parts repaced or get the vehicle replaced or my money refunded.
