[Resolved]  Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd — Problem Spare Parts Availability

Dear Sir/Madam,


I suffered with Front Wheel breakdown in Accident, I went to nearest Dealer/Service Provider i.e. Rasha Honda, Okhla Delhi, they told me Wheel need to be change, but Part was not available in stock there, its was accident claim, they gave me advise to take back home and come again after 2 or 3 days, than we inform to claim provider, so that i came back home, wheel was damage was not able to run, so i adjust some injury himself, and back home, after 7days i came again, than the surveyor reject its claim, THEY HONDA DEAR MISGUIDE ME FOR ADJUST HIMSELF NOW I DID NOT TOOK CLAIM FOR ITS. AND THE WHEEL NOT CHANGE TILL YET. BECOZ. PART IS NOT AVAILABLE THEY TOLD ME.

Today is 2nd Feb.2011 and still my Bike is not repaired whenever I contacted them the answer is Parts are not available we will do it soon. I personally inquired all dealers in DELHI but unfortunately answers are parts not available, stock over etc.

IS ITS POOR AVAILABILITY OF SPARE PART ? WHAT I SHOULD SAY ABOUT IT

I request you kindly pay attention in this matter, do the needful & Repair my bike.

Honda — spare part problem

Dear honda officer,

i have atwo honda motorcycle
1=honda shine GJ 1 LS-4856
2= honda twister GJ 1 LS-2879

both bikes chain set has gone for last two months i have given to bike honda showroom they said spare parts are not available in showroom company are not sent the parts i have already facing this problem for last two months but cant any progress i requested you please send the spare parts as soon as possible othervise i will take some action for your company please reply the same

Motorcycle — rejection of claim

Dear Sir/Madam

my claim no. MOT[protected]
policy no. 3005/[protected]/[protected] ICICI LOMBARD

MY bike no. DL-13SH 3626/
Registration[protected]
i have complain against ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company,
because my claim is rejected by Surveyor today.

BIKE had accident 25Jan 2011, 4pm in Nehru Place, Delhi, and damage its front wheel, i went HONDA service station, they look on wheel and spoke to me its damage and advise me for claim, but unfortunately Wheel was not available in service station so they refused me for its change and said for wait, Wheel was damage, so it was not possible to run as it is because wheel had band, than i did some adjust himself and take back home,

Today i went in service station and do its claim, but Surveyor reject it because he not found damage in it but its WHEEL break from middle inside and air is liking from it, its 100% damage from inside.
And I want take insurance claim.

today 15 days have been gone, but unluckily (front wheel) part is not available on HONDA DEALER, its too bad service for spare parts by HONDA, if i knew about its poor service of SPARE PART, i dnever purchased HONDA maked bike..never, its too poor service of spare parts/service, i m suffering from by my CB UNICON DAZZLAR bike..


tooooooooooooooooo pooooooooor service.. i want to tell other costumer, it is very poor service by HONDA, i never did accepted like this..

not found any claim by ICICI,

manager said..not applicable for claim ...tooooooooooo. bad service of this
I have been to Pratul Honda in Kondapur, Hyderabad to buy Front Disc brake pads and Chain Sprocket kit for my Shine. Even though they have the parts, they would say, if you service in the show room then only we will sell, else not. What is the Honda Policy on this. I spoke with the Pratul Customer rep and he is helpless as Honda is not able to provide spare parts in sufficient quantity. What a shame. I have raised the concern to Honda and once the reply comes then the next action will be there.
