[Resolved]  Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd — Spare Parts Availability

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Prafull Painjane writing you regardingspare parts availability for my Bike.

I had purchased HONDA UNICORN DAZZLER on 4th June 2010 from RAMRATAN Motors, BEED, MAHARASHTRA. On 3rd Dec. 2010 I suffered with Rear Disc Break Problem I went to nearest Dealer/Service Provider i.e. Kothari Wheels, Pune, they told me Rear Disc Pad need to be change and within two days they will do it.

Today is 9th Dec.2010 and still my Bike is not repaired whenever I contacted them the answer is Parts are not available we will do it soon. I personaly enquired all dealers in Pune but unfortunately answers are parts not available, stock over etc.

On 4th Dec. 2010 I submitted Quarry on Company's website and on 5th Dec. I received call saying parts will be deliverd within 48 Hours and I am still counting 48 Hours.
this is unexpected, I am wondering what kind of service you are providing. Prior to this I suffred for the availability of Side Guard & Saree Guard.

I request you kindly pay attention in this matter, do the needful & Repair my bike.

If there is policy for replacement then please replace my Dazzler and give me CBUNICORN, what are the extra charges I am ready to pay.

clutch and viser spairs of dazzler are not available
i m also suffering same problem, i want to advise never purchase HONDA BIKE. its poor bike, poor spare part available,

and ICICI LAMBARD not given insurance claim, its serve's have lot of attitude. do always misbehavior

m owning a stunner 2008 model and looking for its master cylinder but the same is not available in all the authorised service centers of Honda in whole NCR. before one months I have written an email to customer service but didn't get any revert from their side.
Kindly look in to the matter otherwise I've to go to consumer court as if Honda is not able to provide spare parts then haven't any right to sell their products in India to make us fools.

I the undersigned, Want to register a complaint against
Sterling Honda
29, Sterling House, Near Phenolex cables,Old Pune Mumbai HighwayChinchwad411018, Old Pune Mumbai Highway, Chinchwad - Regarding ir-regular charges for servicing

For my vehiice registered number :MH-14 BW 4780 - which was given for replacement of oil seal - but the service center as imposed charges for servicing and oil change and more other charges for which job card also doesnt have an mention.
Also the service for the same bike has been carried out - just before 1000 kms., - so there is no question of me asking for servicing again.
They are charging me a cost of rs 2200/- for overall work.

I request you to please take action against the dealer - i have other proofs and receipts with me - also servicing history shows the record.
