Non-availability of Parts for Honda

Due to non availability of parts my Honda Eterno Scooter TN02 S 6805 is in JSP Honda Service center, Annanagar, Chennai for 10 days. I have requested customer care for parts but no reply.sending email for 10 days , no reply. emailed to customercare@honda2wheelersindia.com , no response reply. Omesh Verma , Honda Customer Relations Tel: 9871890834, 1800 11 3434 . I ask Honda to take necessary action.
