[Resolved] Honda2Wheelers — Delivering a faulty Honda Unicorn | |
Complaint against Malwa Motors AND HONDA2WHEELERS for supplying defective Honda Unicorn. Sir - I had purchased a Honda Unicorn on 28/08/09 from Malwa Motors, A-32, Lajpat Nagar II, New Delhi-24 vide Invoice no.[protected]. Engine number-1061173, Chasis no.[protected] The bike is giving problems from the day one like - self is not working, missing while start, paint being worn out. Lock has turn faulty etc etc. Even the seat covers of the bike have some other dealers impression thus it shows its a used / faulty bike. When I showed up at the Malwa, they quickly washed their hands saying that it needs to be taken up Honda Service. When I went to the Service Centre, they said it will be taken care in future. The problem is still persisting and these people are avoiding now. How can they take the customer for a ride???I'm fed up and thus writing to you. I want to file a complaint against the Dealer i.e Malwa Motors and Honda for cheating and harrassment. Pls advise. i durga prasad from vijayawasda, krishna dist. a p. the 04 05 2012 i purchase a unicorn bike[ through finance] at kanakadurga honda sub delers in vijayawada. from llast one month there is a big sound from engine, last month 24 08 2012 i am going to same deler for repair purpose. their said the sound from cluth plates and failulare of gpt wheel so immediatllly replace that parts. on the same day they r not rectiiified my problem and their said unable to repair due to no men power and no parts, from that they r postponed day by day to still the daay, today the servicing manager and genaral manager demands 4000 rs but i have remaining 3 free services and warrenty. i[censored] r not paid we r not repair u r vehicle, these words from them. so plese help me sir in the repairof my bike. my phone number [protected], i have no mail id my friend mail i d is [protected]@gmail.com thank u sir
