h.p. — No response

I am an customer of H.P. LPG, my dealers name M/s. Saha Distributors at Durgapur, Dist; Burdwan (W.B.), my consumer No.612604. Since last one year I have watch that the dealer not respond over phone, every phone ringing several times, but no body can answer.every time it is not possible to attand physically for booking or any quarry. Pl. look into the matter to help us.

same is the case with me..
i found a mail in my mail box asking me to mail some Redemption code which was suppose to be at the end of the mail but actually there was no such code..
i have send all other details to them ie
1-purchase invoice
2-photograph of bar code behind my laptop
3-a copy of mail been send to me form hp as a proof that no Redemption code was there in the mail..

HP — no response for gift voucher

I have bought a hp notebook G62-361tx NB PC Presario on 18th december 2010.i have send all the documents to hp redemptions and also couriered it.no response was given to me.i have not recieved my titan gift voucher at the given address.my registration code is-2380409.please help me.it is a request.

Till to day i have not received any gift voucher so many time i attended call from Hp Delhi Telephone no [protected] asking my address i have given my office address so many time to your desk officer .
Now i am call on that no. no response and not picking telephone.
