I had bought a HP laptop three month ago and my laptop has stolen few week before, I has finance this laptop from your company, they had told me that you have a policy of giving companstion for those product which get stole within one year.will you tell the correct information on this situation.

I've also recieved an ackwnoledgement mail from your end with reference id--Ref. ID - [ 559932 ] & my product serial number is CND8362CKD . I am still waiting for further update on this front as it has been more than 6 weeks. I've sent various mails but didnot get any response. On helpline number no budy is answering the call.Please respond me back as soon as possible.

hp is a big name and this type of attitude is a blot on their repo. i am also facing the same problem and did not get any gift even after 11 weeks. if company's representative read this blog they should instead of this type of redemption process should offer the gift at the site itself.
