Credit card statement dt.12th July'08 — unjustified charging in bill

Your above bill was received by me on 21th July, 2008 and with my utter surprise find that an interest charge of Rs. 34.30 and service tax of Rs. 4.24 have been charged. May i know on what basis the above charges have been imposed on me ?

Dear sir,

My mothers Name : Mrs.Latha Jose

Validity 2005 To 2007


My complaint is : With out my consent bank has taken Rs.8000/ from my credit card. I didnot ask for any Insuarance.But Bank forcely taken amount from my account.

When I got to know through my statement I called and informed
staff, but there was no use.

Bank has no interest in servcing customers so
I became silent.
Then they started sending statement mentioning that 8000/ plus interest up on interest.

I sent a complaint dated on 30/12/2006, for that also no reply.

With out my request the gave an Insuarance -TATA AIG, Which I do not want.

Due to this reason I stopped using your HSBC CARD.

I have several other cards, But I did not use your card.

I did not recived any Insuarance Policy till date. And I do not want any policy also.

Now in my statement shows due is Rs.36, 093.80/=(july 2008).

Why should a customer pay????!!!, which he did not take.

This is cheating.

Iam going to take this matter in very serious way.

Before that I wish to close this chapter in my favour.

Kindly revert the amount and make my account in previous state
and kindly send me a revised new card.

I strongly believe HSBC bank will not cheat their customers.

Kindly do the needful

Hi,

I made purchase of Rs:8, 200/- and next month i got credit card due amount through SMS to my cell. i made the payment of Rs: 8, 200/-. after 10 day's i got the SMS again, total due amount is Rs : 4675/- then i called customer care no one was asnwered to my call. HSBS is cheating customer.I suggest people who want to go for HSBC credit card, do not go for any credit card.

I am Gurjeet Saini from Chandigarh. I am using HSBC credit card for last one yeear. I applied for balance transfer of my SBI card. I didn't receive any demand draft/cheque for sbi card yet but I got HSBC card monthly statement with BT. I could not under stand how can they send me this statement when I didn't receive any dd/cheque yet. There is annual fees mentioned in the statement, when I apply for the card there was not annual fees mentioned more over I dont have any ad on card but in the statement there is ad on card fees imposed.
