All the above Credit Cards/Loans of one Mr.Gopalakrishnan Mahdevan Pillai are wrongly included in my Credit Information Report of CIBIL inspite of the necessary proof of my address/PAN Card submitted by me to CIBIL.

The PAN Card No. shown in this report is AKEPG9841R.

Because of the inaccurate report of CIBIL, my loan applications to various banks for an Education loan for my son were rejected by the banks and I am put ot untold mental agony.

My repeated representations to the bank by mail/phone calls and personal visit to HSBC with all my proof did not yield any result and they still maintain that the information provided by them to CIBIL is correct.

I AM USING A HSBC CREDIT CARD, WHICH I WAS OFFERED LIFETIME FREE. EACH YEAR HSBC CHARGES ANNUAL CHARGES, WHICH IS REVERSED AFTER MY COMPLAINTS. THIS TIME THEY REFUSED TO DO THAT. I BELIEVE THIS IS TANTAMOUNT TO FRAUD. PLEASE HELP

HSBC — Debit card Fraud

Dear Management of HSBC bank,

(Myself Vishesh Mathur an employee of Canara HSBC Life Insaurance)

Would Like you to kindly Look into the Case where There is some fraud transactions happened from my Debit Card on 28th jan.

In the morning of 28th Jan, I have received 3 messages which happened through my Debit card

1. Jan28 - Debit Rs 2921.25

2. Jan28 - Debit Rs 42560.00

3. Jan28- Debit Rs 3879.00

4.Jan 28-Debit Rs.124.28

Also one more transaction is in trasit(On hold) of Rs.42163 which i would like to get that cancelled, so that the fraud person would not be able to take that amount from my account.

One more thing i would like to ask the Banking Officials that how come without checking the Signature on the Slip, the amount has been passed by the bank from my account.

However all these Transactions were not made by me and also i have my card with me....Dont know how come these transactions happened through my Debit card.

I have already visited one of the branches in Gurgaon and there are unable to provide me exact details from where exactly the transactions took place.

Kindly help me out in getting the details of the Transaction(Like Place of transaction,Date,Time,Address of the POS) and getting my hard earned money back.

I have a SBI Platinum Credit Card wherein i was paying the dues regulary, due to some delay of 2 months my card was blocked , i had paid all the dues of 43500 expect the monthly emi which will come every month, but stilll my card is in blocked status

late.Md.Sarfaraj Alam who had worked for HSBC for the past 3 years had expired on 2008, but till now we didnt received his pf death claims till now. His PF ACC.NO. IS AP/HYD/37897/14273. We had submitted fifth time all the documents on 20-OCT-2010 IMN HYDERABAD PF OFFICE BUT DIDNT RECEIVED ANY CLAIMS TILL NOW. ITS MY REQUEST TO YOU AND PROCESS THE CLAIMS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. HSBC — HSBC deducted 1103 INR without any valid reason.

I am a customer of HSBC bank since 2.3 years. I had a cash amount of 2.6k in my account. All of a sudden they deducted 1103 INR from my account. When ask about the reason, they told me the amount was deducted for not maintaining sufficient balance. For the last 1.3 year I have maintained same balance in my account; they have never charged me like this. They told me that my account has been upgraded and need to maintain a minimum balance; without intimating me. So I request all other HSBC customers to immediately withdraw money from these cheats; because you never know when they might cheat you!

HSBC — Hiding Information for profit by HSBC Bank

Hi Consumer Court,

I am having a salary a/c with HSBC bank (a/c number[protected] and they converted my salary a/c to saving a/c without informing me. On February 24, 2011, Rs. 1103 deducted as a balanced based charges.

This is solid information hiding from customers to get the profit. Please help me so that they wont do same with others also.

HSBC — Credit Card Issue

I have a credit card of HSBC(Please see the attachment for details ).

Which i have settled in the year of 2008, after 2 years they are calling me and asking for money and the reson behind is that they have lost my cheque which i have paid for the settlement and now they are saying that it is my fault that i haven't conform about the payment.

Please help me on this as they are charging me a lot.

HSBC — MISUSE OF CREDIT CARD

Hello Everybody,

I am a premier Customer with HSBC India.The secondary card issue in the name of my wife was misuse

and four transactions have been done in USA and in Australia .We both have never been to USA or

Australia .Even we have not share any info regarding our card with anyone else.When i talk to the

customer care it was really annoying the way the lady told to me that it possible that your wife has

shared the info or leave the card carelessly anywhere.that was the most stupid thing i have ever hear from

a Customer care ever.Instead of finding out who has misuse the info and how it has been reached to a

third person in two différent countries she was telling me that it my fault.What i decide is to stop working

with the bank in the future.I need to know what are the necessary things i need to do from my side

.Anybody having experience regarding that please let me know and gave your guidance what are the

things i need to take care from my side .Thank you.

They deducted 1, 103.00 from my account on February 24, 2011

with description " TRANSFER Balanced based charges for qtr Oct 10 - Dec 10 IQ6007016 SYSTEM GENERATED" 1, 103.00

They have not informed me anything about the changes they have made in their policy and/or change in account. I have had similar experiences in past, HSBC sucks.

Thereafter without any request or application from my side, Citibank sent me an Indianoil Card ([protected]) which I have used the card but now i am facing some problem with this card and citi bank also I have received several phone calls from citibank representatives and I have explained to them that I am suffering with the Petrol Card and because that I have paid my out standing before due date but from last two or three month every time i have same problem my not update in my account timely

Inspite of the above facts, I am constantly being reminded for same

I will be obliged if Citibank is resolve the problem

PROBLEM ARRISED OUT OF CREDIT CARD
MY NAME IS SUKHADA MANJREKAR,
I have been harresed by HSBC for last 3 years without any fault of mine.I have been insiting them to look into the matter in several ways like letters,telephone,visiting office premises etc but they have ignored it.
In the year 2009 Mr Paresh P Gadade,Manager,from people soft agency had visited our place along with a laptop and examine the account and told us that there are no dues to be paid by you and will be sending us a nil statement within a couple of week but did not keep his word
I have sent a letter to HSBC dated 11.09.2010 and a copy was sent to BCSBI and RBI to which HSBC has responded to my letter vide the letter dated 24.09.2010 stating that they will be investigating the issue but did not bothered to look into it.
Without investigating the issues they have dragged me to LOK NYALAYA COURT.I attened the court for justice and was forced to pay Rs 75,000 which I disagreed and was ordered by HONOURALBLE JUDGE to contact HSBC bank.I have noticed that all the representatives of HSBC were present in LOK NYALAYA COURT
I have recieved a threathening letter dated 28.10.2010 by HSBC aloong with their statement stating that the amount Rs 1,84,532 has to be paid or otherwise we may restart harressing you in all ways after going through their statement I soughted out that there are no dues to be paid by me vide my letter dated 1.12.2010 and thereafter they sent me a settlement letter dated 22.12.2010 that the amount will be reversedwith no further dues payable by you.
With reference to their letter dated 22.12.2010 I responded through my letter dated 24.12.2010 to pay me a compensation for harrasing me wothout any fault of mine.
I recieved a letter from Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006 dated 25.01.2011 to send my complaint in a prescribed format.I have sent them all the documents discharge cards i.e is hospitilized etc in a prescribed format.I have mentioned that HSBC has dragged me to LOK NYALAYA COURT and was orderred by HON JUDGE to contact HSBC bank for the reason I disagreed to pay Rs 75,000 but still I recieved a letter from BOS 2006 dated 28.01.2011 for banks comments and response and if you find that the resolution is not to your expectation then please point out.
After a couple of weeks I received a rejection letter from BOS 2006 dated 15.02.2011 under the clause 9 ( 3 ).There is no question of rejecting my complaint because I have already mentioned that they have dragged me to LOK NYALAYA COURT inspite of the case ,the bank has reversed me the entire amount and sent me a nil statement.Here it shows that BOS 2006 is a corrupted body for the reason they state that the entire amount is reversed and updated CIBIL status as normal
BOS 2006 has first agreed vide the letter dated 28.01.2011 and responded positively and then all of sudden they reject my complaint.
I therefore request you to invovle BOS 2006 for corruption charges because of their injustice bankers are encouraged and they try to cheat customers unneccessary.

HSBC — PERSONAL LOAN MISSING INSTALLMENTS

Dear sir
Some of the auto debit loan installment missed/not auto debited by proper day/time.After that they didnot send any information to me in my proprer adress .So i don't know about the pending installments.i am always like to pay and settle my outstanding installments amount plus resonable interest also .But i donot know the office adress where i contact them.But they are complaining against to me.Kindly help them to contact to me on [protected]@yahoo.co.in

HSBC — EMI 6 opted but bank complaining it's 12 EMI

Dear Sir,

I'm holding HSBC Credit Card bearing no.[protected] since November '2009 and my concern is i make a transaction of Rs.32640/- in month of June'2010 . I called to Customer Care Deptt.for its EMI .Earliar , i told them i need 12 months EMI of that amount . Few days later again i called to Customer Care Deptt. for its 6 EMI amount they told it will be Rs.5777/- and according to that i pay that amount in 6 EMI. Total amount paid to them Rs.3100/- +Rs.5777/- * 6 = Rs.37762/- but they are not accepting that and always calling me of 12 months Interest amount . According to them we have to Rs.5526.58 wchich is wrong.

Kindly look my matter and take action against that on priority basis .

HSBC — Updation of my CIBIL records without any prior notification or grace period

HI ,

HSBC has updated my CIBIL status as a defaulter without any prior intimation to me . As per RBI rules, they are supposed to inform me and give me a notice period before they update CIBIL records.
Because of this my financial credibility is very badly affected and they are not willing to address this concern logged by me
