I ordered for a gift on Saturday, I got a confirmation saying my delivery confirmation would be sent as soon as possible. Its been 2 days no confirmation yet. Money has been taken out from my account and customer care number [protected] not picking it up. its frustrating..I could see similar kind of situation happened to so many other people who have used their services. I wish I did the read the review first before ordering 1500 Rs worth gift from their site.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Recipient was literally harassed and order was not delivered as promised!!! Horrible customer service
This feedback is in regards to the order which was placed on the 7th of May, with high hope and aspiration that the order will be delivered seamlessly.
However out of my utter dismay, I am embarrassed informant of my Mother in Law. I wanted to surprise her with the bouquet of flowers on Mother s Day, but the experience became a disaster due to your handling agent. When I placed the order on the 7th I had a talk with your customer handling agent Mr Karanjeet. He assured me that the order will be sent by 8th within that day. I placed a request if the order can be delivered within the first hour would be really great. However the story turned out to be different. My mom in law waited until 3 pm for the bouquet of flower until today. After that also, your handlers were failed to deliver it. And on TOP of that they threatened her to call us and tell us to cancel this order!
Seriously!!! Absolutely unacceptable!!!It is not about the money but more about the sentimental value!!!
I am shocked, I don't know how to show my face to her. With this kind of commitment I have a big doubt how you guys can sustain in this competitive world. Forget about that, there s no Respect for elders.
Lastly the helpline number and contact email address does not work!!! Lousy service!!!
