This is height of lying.
1. Customer Service is not available most of the time even though its written as 24*7
2. Delivery was suppose to happen on 5th May. It wasn't done at all.
3. They fake quality and hygiene of products. My father in law got a call from the company say cake to be delivered had gone bad and they will not be able to give another one
4. Refund process is absolutely screwed up. The customer care executive said there is a different department and complete cycle with take 15 days.
Managers and Senior executives do not some on calls.
When i asked for the address they refused to let me know the showroom address
i doubt I’ll even get a refund :(
