[Resolved] Kolkataonlineflorists.com — They don't deliver my product, neither pick up call or reply to email

I have ordered a cake and flower for my Father's birth day. I ordered on 10th May, and mentioned delivery date as 11th Morning. Today is 12th afternoon..my product yet not delivered.. Birthday is over and my gift did not reach to my parents... I already paid almost 1000 bucks for it. And the worst part is they dint pick up call, every time they are saying all executives are busy which is absurd. I have tried at least 30 to 40 times since yesterday. And they even don't respond to my email complaint.. Its horrible. My money is gone, my parents occasion got spoiled and I am not receiving a single hear back from them.

I have ordered flowers and cake on the occasion of my father's birthday. I ordered on 10th may and asked them to deliver on 11th morning. Today is 12th afternoon. Product is yet not delivered to my place. Birthday is over but my gifts didn't reach to my parents. Its frustrating. And worse part is, I have contacted them minimum 30 to 40 times since yesterday. But every time I am getting executives are busy which is absurd!!! My money is gone, the birthday surprise got spoiled...and they don't even bother to pickup call or reply via email... I already sent couple of email to them but no reply yet...they are cheating on our money. i will never ever place any order and make sure my friends also don't use this fraud site.
