[Resolved]  Vodafone — http://www.vodafone.in/myvodafone not opening

The site http://www.vodafone.in/myvodafone is opening since last 2 weeks and I am unable to pay my bill for the number [protected].

My vodafone prepaid connection last six month to 4th june2008 date was active. but in this time not active from one weak
kindly realease for service immediatly.

Vodafone Postpaid — not open my vodafone account

Dear sir, Madam,

Hi Im Deepak lavaniya and im a gud user of vodafone postpaid connection but i have a problem with ur connection .My Problem is my vodafone account is not open im try appprox 50-80 times but its not open so pls u tel me r u not give better service so why r u tel a lie to costumers, and i want increase the credit limit, thats time my credit limit is Rs.1500 only but i want Rs. 2000 minimum .pls complete my complain.

Hai deepak ...its just like for them they maintain a credit limit based on yoyr security deposit...as you pay ur bill regurarly they automatically increase your credit limit...ok

executive name is vishal working at vodafone at jyoti chowk, jalandhar city, i have purchase new number of vodafone from vishal and i am useing two more postpaid numbers so vishal tells me that he gave me new postpaid vodafone number in FOC & he request me that please give 250 RS if possible then he gave me number in FOC other wise 250 RS is not return to me now i have crosscheck with vodafone office my number is issue in FOC and the person is not working with vodafone so please tell me how can i claim my money 250 rs, number purchase date is 19/05/2009 and my number is [protected]
i am working in HINDUSTAN UNILEVER LTD, If that type of behavior is in vodafone i am not advise to go vodafone to any body in future

Vodafone — www.vodafone.in not opening

I am unable to browse www.vodafone.in .Earlier i could browse.I use it for Online recharge.Please let me know if there are any settings that need to be checked as i can browse all other sites like vodafone.uk but not www.vodafone.in

i usually meet with the problem regarding sending of messages from my vodaphone sim...
it may b due to ur network problem
kindly check ur connections properly so that we may not face these sought of problems in near future..

I have made a payment for Rs 972.00 towards my bill through IVR yesterday morning howevever have not recieved confirmation sms.I spoke with your representative Mozamil shaikh and he advised i would recieve confirmation sms within 24 hours however i still havent recieved one.
I would not like to incurr any late payment charges, please advise i i need to make a payment again as soon as possible

I have purchased a new SIM of pre paid connection in Lucknow on 12.06.09 with all required documents like DL & photographs.From last 8 days it is blocked, & evert time it has been told to me that my documents have not reached to neasrest voda office.when I approached to Mr Ashish (RM-voda in LKO)at his No [protected] his behavoiur was so rude. still my phone is not working & I have load the call rate tariff while recharging the phone at the time of purchase .now total 15 days have past & after 15 days one month will be over then I will not get economical call rate .I am not happy the kind of causalness which I have noticed in my case .I have decided not to use ths voda phone that's why I I have taken new post paid coneection of reliance.

Worst Customer Service ever seen

My Mobile # [protected] - I have blocked my sim on 09 Oct 09 as i misplaced my mobile. I tried to activate my sim on 10th and 12th by visiting the HUTCH shop at Kellys Balfour road.

Your exxcutives were well trained to give the worst service ever by pulling the shutter down and throwing their hands on the customer face and asking them to getout as it is closing time.
When we tried to explain, your representative returns with a wounderful stances " my name is Saifudian and do what ever you can, complain where ever you want to, but leave the shop right now".

Mind that iam associated with the similar domain in banking and if this type of service is given to our customer's who visits our branch then we would be in all media channels and article's in flash news.
