ONLINE PAYMENT OF WATER BILL

I TRIED TWICE TO PAY THE WATER BILL ONLINE DURING LAST MONTH/THIS MONTH. BUT I COULD NOT PAY THE SAME AND MADE A COMPLAINT TO THEIR G.M. MY CAN NO: 617238981.

PLEASE SOLVE THE PROBLEM AND REPLY TO 9849559883.

SIR,
as per the new online service we are paying the payment through online we are unable to get the receipt.

i tried to pay my water bill through net and am not successful twice my can no is 061114186 i receivd the bill on my mobile as SMS but nophysical bill and no one has taken my meter reading before sending the bill thanks
