[Resolved]  ICICI Bank Account — Account blocked without intimation

ICICI Bank — BLOCK MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY WARNING

DEAR SIR,
I HOLD A ACCOUNT IN ICICI BANK WITH NARIMAN POINT BRANCH MUMBAI [protected].I ALSO HOLD A CREDIT CARD WHICH PAYMENT IS DUE .I CONTACTED TO CUSTOMER CARE TO SETELMENT OF CREDIT CARDS AND THEY GOT AGREED AND TAKE APPROVAL FROM CHENNAI BRANCH FOR RUPEES 7000/ FOR SETTLEMENT ON Ist sept BUT BEFORE THAT DATE THEY BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT ON 30th aug 08 WITH ACCOUNT BALANCE -16983.94. LATTER I DEPOSITED AN CHEQUE OF 5213 /ON 30 TH AUG AND CLEARED .NOW MY ACCOUNT BALANCE SHOWS -11170.94 NO DEDUCTION SHOWS IN STATEMENT .I TRIED TO CONTACT BUT NOBODY GETTING RESPONCE FROM CUSTOMER CARE .I THINK THAT THIS ACT IS CHEATING AND FORGERY OF ICICI BANK & CREDIT CARD.
SO PLZ HELP ME IN THIS MATTER

icici bank account — Without Intimation Cash withdrawal by bank

My account ICICI bank as per the transaction in swaping machin 26/3/09 Rs.185, 200 & 100 and on 27/3/09 Rs.2080 that is total 2565 is already withdrawl from my account that particular date. Then your bank executive came n collected details regarding that issue.And after that without intimation again on 26/05/09 your bank withdraw same amount from my account. Please Check that n give details regarding that.Thank you. Will wait for ur reply.

ICICI Bank — withdrawal of amount by bank without information

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is regarding my salary account number :[protected]. The amount of Rs. 6134 is withdrawn by icici bank directly from my salarised account without my consent and the said amount is transfered to the credit card. The credit card was not in the operational state since last three years.
After talking in the bank with Mr.Sangram Andhe ( Chinchwad Branch). The said matter is very frustating and not expected from the so called known bank.
When taking to Mr.angram, he did not respond us in corrrect way.
we are looking forword to have the said amount back with the compenesation of the time and frustation.
