what is the mean of "rev of pmt id". I account credited with 500 rs by this description.

I have made a transaction Rs 5000 cash withdrawal from SBI Atm Gowliguda on 31st May at 10:55 am which was not successful. But the amount was debited to my account. When i have a raised a compliant in the icici bank they are telling me that the transaction was successful and they are not able to credit my amount.I have asked them to raise a complaint as i have a Atm slip which clearly mentions that the atm is unable to dispense the cash. When i am calling to the customer care they are not responding to my query properly. They firstly said me that with 7 days my amount will be credited to my account now they are telling me that they need 17 days to just close the complaint. I don't know why they are taking close to 20 days just to solve a simple problem. Below mentioned are the various complaint id's which i have registered with the ICICI bank.SR[protected], SR[protected], SR[protected]. I have also attached the atm slip for the reference. Request the bank to kindly look into the issue seriously and credit my amount as soon as possible. Here after kindly stop troubling to the customers.

an amount of Rs:199/- has been wrongly debited in my account with a massge (vin google )but i did not purchase any application for Four time I have made several phone calls every time the customer service is giving differences answer and they are telling we stopped Next time but yet the amount is deducting then after i change my debited card up to know not ye deducted but customer service is very poor to give response did not solve the problem they telling call to google they are deducting the amount.not yet they refund my amount which i did not make any transaction the debit card security is not good for icici bank .

an amount of Rs:10, 990/- has been wrongly debited in my account on 30/03/08. I have made sevel phone calls and also given fax on 22/08/08 & 04/09/08, but no response. I have also obtained letter from M/s Rama photos Pvt Ltd., stating that no such purchase has been made by any body on that date.
kindly look into the matter and arrange to settle the issue.
