a credit card EDC machine was installed in my premises and the bank send agent to remove machine

a credit card EDC machine was installed in my premises and the bank send agent to remove machine without any prior intimation and they misbehavied with me and took the EDC machine
.this is terrible just because the banking sector is in slumps so they have this attitude towards their customers, and then they come running to customers for serviecs.

past twenty days back applied for EDC machine. still not getting that machine.atleast contact no not given. so kindly sa soon as install the EDC machine.

We have using ICICI edc machine for our store from last 1year. But last few month to I have not recvd EDC machine settlement and I have allready discuss with ICICI costumer care for regarding this issue.

BUT NOT IMPROVEMENT to against side regarding my problem.So plz check my account and send me settlement ASAP.

Dated 24/01/11 Second time I have Requested for the EDC Machine(ICICI Bank) Thermal Rools but up till we hav'nt received, this regard customer care also every time give a Request Id IC11A1WB4923(In 1st week Jan -2011) & IC1101WB2051(Dated 24/01/11) but nobody come for service.
this will affect your service's, we also use substitute in against it (AXIS EDC), they will come time to time for maintains & Serve us.
do something or loose your customers.

ICICI bank put edc machine on my retail outlet around 25th of november from day one edc machine showing all icici credit card decline or it come pls try again later . i made a request on 8th of dec my sr no. is 007124512 i made approx 50 calls to cm care till date 15 dec nobody came to check the machine .. SECOND LARGEST PRIVATE BANK IN INDIA SERVICES...
