ICICI bank is cheating me
ICICI bank is cheating me My name(Nadeem Ahmed) is wrong (Nadeem K Ahmed) on my credit card false complaint done in 2011 Now my payment was Rs.40000 but in 1 year it reached Rs.65000 I was ready to pay So settlement was Rs57000 on 11 Aug 2012. I paid 15600 my first installment with in 2 hrs I got mail at 10:30 and it was Saturday So i paid with in 2 hrs and after 1 week i got threaten call from icici bank I had complaint to dinesh ( settlement manager) he said go to hell . After that incident I had stopped the payment and every day i was getting calls from ICICI after 2 months i paid Rs.3200 by HSBC net banking A person Bharti told me if i will pay this amount I will get settlement latter of[protected] + 3200) total Rs 38200 But it was cheating I never get that settlement latter .
Now they want again Rs. 60000
Pls help me

My credit reputation is going down. So, I want to do settlement again

Please don't call me, revert me only on email and don't send me any attachment, write only in body of the mail.

Please send my contact details to every concern department, and stop them to call me.

As you know my total payment was near about Rs.40000, rest of amount is only interest, late fee, and taxes

Now, send me a fresh plan for payments
Plan 1 :- Full and final payment 1 installment.
Plan 2 :- Full and final payment 3 installment.

We refer to your discussion with our representative regarding your Credit Card dues. You have offered to pay your
dues through a settlement as you are unable to make complete payment on account of financial constraints. In view
of the exceptional circumstances explained by you, we confirm the acceptance of Rs. 57000 (Rs. Fifty Seven

settlement amount, your status will be updated as "settled" or "post write off settled" with NIL outstanding in the
CIBIL or other credit bureau records.
This settlement shall supersede all the previous settlements/settlement offers made on the said Credit Card.
