ICICI Bank — Non receipt of Courier sent by Bank

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Icici Bank corporate office dispatched one cover through your courier agency vide AWB no. [protected] on 21 Aug 2008. But i have not received so far.

Please take appropriate action at the earliest so as to reach the same as soon as possible.

I have my salaried account in your bank.I requested customer service on 19th march 2010 to send me two new check books & when i went to your saket base branch after 9 days to launch a complain for that then i was told that my courier was returned due to incomplete address which i failed to understand.Then also i have filled your address change form & submitted it on 29th march 2010.My account number is[protected].So its my humble request to send me my check book asap.

I had applied for a new ICICI bank debit card on 23rd Jul'11 but the courier ([protected]) did not came to me till today (3rd Aug'11).when i called the phone banking they told me to contact Bluedart courier services and the Bluedart customer care says that contact to branch of ICICI and give proper address.
