[Resolved] ICICI Bank Net Banking — Prepaid Recharge | |
Hi, I paid Rs.100 to recharge for a reliance prepaid (CDMA) number [protected] through ICICI net banking on 21st November 2009. There is no recharge until now. I called the customer care twice.....according to them the money should be credited to my account within 3 to 4 days if the recharge is not done. This is 27th November & still no money credited back. My Transaction ID: SB1681161 Description: BIL/[protected]/0524/[protected]/[protected] Account Number: [protected] Branch: 6239 (Chembur) This happened earlier too. This is the last time I tried prepaid recharging through ICICI net Banking, enough harassment. If you cant run it properly then stop the service....don't harass customers for trusting you. When we call customer care they say we are not responsible for reliance server....it's their fault. Please don't run something which you can't bear responsibilities for. I would suggest to stop the reliance recharge immediately, if you don't have any direct control over that.
