[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Refund Amount not showing in my Account

Dear Sir,

I have booked two tickets from IRCTC But ticket were counted as failed Transaction. Then they have refunded the same amount after 2days
But problem is that amount is not showing in my account statement. and bank is doing nothing, customer care always put my phone on long hold approx 15 min.
i have done emails to customer care of icici bank but still not reply from that side.

and I have all details that prove Irctc refunded the full amount after days..

M pasting the email for reference and communication with Irctc that they have refunded the amount.

The refund has been processed against the said txn [protected] and [protected] at IRCTC’s end. The refund details with refund ARN no is as follows. With the help of ARN number you can ask the refund status from ATM switch center.

Please also note that the above refund detail has received from the concerned Payment Gateway through which the said transaction has been done. The refund ARN is generated only when the refund is processed from payment gateway (with Visa/ Master gateway), to respective card issuing bank. If it is not reflecting in your statement as given above then please contact your ATM switch center with above ARN no. to get the refund details (pls get your ATM switch center contact detail from your respective card issuing bank).

Dear sir,

I had booked ticket from Bangalore to Hyderabad on 08.01.2016 through ksrtc while doing transaction it was shown that the transaction was failed and the money from my account was debited ...the reference no-B/C[protected].. ... stil it was not diposited in my account kindly do the needful...
I had booked movie tickets but transaction has failed.. they said that it will be refunded in 3 working days. But it doesn't happens. again we have contacted people in theatre. They are saying that it was pending from bank please check with your branch. Please do needful for this to how to get money refunded?????

I have booked ticket from ABHIBUS But ticket were canceled.
Then they have refunded the amount of Rs 526.10after 1day
But problem is that amount is not showing in my account statement.
And I have all details that prove ABHIBUS refunded the amount after days..

I had put my paypal details on empowr website and they deducted 60$ without my permission, after that they refunded it within 5 mins. It shows in my PayPal that my amount was refunded back to my icici bank account but it doesn't show there. I've been calling them for 2 days now. No reposes from icici. I've also filled the form for complaints but still no response.
I booked two bus tickets using make my trip and they cancelled the tickets without informing us. We have asked for a refund and they say the refund is already initiated but we haven't received the amount yet, the bus was scheduled on 6th may 2018
Please look into this matter ...we want our refund ..icici takes 6 working days for this process and the days have already passed and we have'nt received the money . Please do somehing as soon as possible.
