As i had taken the loan againt my Bajaj Pulsar from Bajaj Finance and I have already full fill my loan to Bajaj.I have had ask for NOC but still I didn't recieved my NOC of my loan.

at the time of of purchase of my bike i had applied for two icici wheeler loan, but because of some problem that application has been denied by the bank, and i purchased my bike in cash, but my bike has been registered as it has been finanaced by icici bank, so for that i need one noc (No Objection Certificate)from the icici bank that bank has no dues on me, my bikes reg, no . DL 3S BA 8404,
this is a kind request to you that please help me out, i am in a problem

i took a bike loan from the ICICI bank finance Ltd, Malda west bengal in 2007 and i paid the EMI to the bank. but when the last EMI is coming the office of the finance is no more here. the recovery cell recover the the last EMI in cash. but still i dont get the clearance certificate from the authority. now i try to sell my bike but i cant do it for the clearance certificate.

kindly issue the clearance certificate or tell me how can i got it as early as possible.
