[Resolved]  ICICI — not received courier

Express IT courier service (Delhi) is so poor and bad. If you call it whole day they don't pick the phone and they don't delivery the courier at place...and they don't inform the customer too..

Why these type of Courier agencies are in place..stupidity...and fool people around...

ICICI — fake 1000 Rs note

Yesterday I withdrew around 18000 Rs from ICICI ATM & found that 5 notes of Rs 1000 are fake. I don't want to loose my money so what can I do in such a case? How can I prove that notes that I got as a fake are from ICICI ATM only? Please suggest!

ICICI — regd- Rs15000 decution

This is to inform you that i was using my ICICI bank ATM card in Tuticorin(Tamil nadu) ICICI bank ATM on 13/10/2008. I did not withdraw any amount, but Rs 15000 was decuted from my account. still now i made 4 complients (1st complient number 82558187, 2nd complient number[protected]rd complient number SR[protected], 4th complient number not yet received) and i did not get any response from the bank. please take necessary action and get me my money.

Whom you guys have delivered that courier to I never received ?
There has been a fraud reported on my accout due to this card and I hav logged a police complaint for this cheating you have done.

ICICI — Credit Card Settlement

Hi,

I have been trying to get my Credit Card settled on a fair amount since January 2009 but to no help, in April my entirely salary which comes through my ICICI salary account was taken over and it was not cleared, My Principal amount is Rs.69, 000/- I've already paid lot of interest, since the time I have been trying to get this settled, they've already taken Rs.30, 000/- from my account, still when I call up bank or if they call me up, they say the settlement amount to be Rs.65, 000/- which is completely unfair.
I've written several mails to the customer care which responded me by someone calling me with the settlement amount and he offered me the same Rs.65, 000/-.
Earlier when I visited ICICI, SD Tower, Rohini in May for settlement they asked (agent Named Pooja) me to come in July for a futher more less amount settlement, then at that point, Customer care phone banking I was being offered was Rs.55, 000/-, During my visit in July she said the max she can help me is Rs.65, 000/-. She made me speak to someone Pradeep ( some Manager in ICICI - Ph # [protected] ) who promised me a call back, till date he has not called me back and has been refusing to speak to me by giving phones to some or the other person who state he's in a meeting.
Not sure if giving my complaint on this forum can help, but I believe issues with this bank should be looked seriously as this bank calls itself the Best Customer Care service bank in India.

ICICI — Frequent receipt of status report

Dear Sir,
I accept myself to be your one good customer as I have opened a 4 Saving Account at your ICICI Branch, Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh.Two for myself, one for my wife and one for my cousin. Now my problem is that I don't want the status report which you are frequently sending me via post office. I find hard to get your letter due to which other people of the office use to open and watch the balance amount of my saving.

ICICI — Cutting of balance without withdrawing the money from ATM

Dear Sir,
While withdrawing the money from state bank atm centre of marol the account is of ICICI bank on dt:-29.4.09, time:-17:56 i inserted the icici atm card into the machine to withdraw the Rs.500 amount but no money was let out from the m/c.I didn't got the money but next day when i checked my balance at that time i found that they have cut my Rs.500 from my account.
So please look into the matter seriously as i have not yet got the clearance from the icici bank.
