ICICI DEBIT CARD - unblock of debit card

Hello,
i am an account holder in ICICI bank Magarpatta Pune branch. My ATM Debit card was stucked in Non ICICI ATM (Corporation Bank ATM) last week.Now i got my debit card through ICICI bank,but it was blocked. Kindly unblock my card. My account no is 058101514364.

Dear sir,

I am R.Rajesh, I am an icici account holder in Tamilnadu ( DLF IT SEZ PARK BRANCH, Chennai )Yesterday when i was paying my reliance data card bill through online by using my debit card, Hence debit card was blocked such case of using wrong password repeatedly, Now I'm unable use my debit card for purchasing and commercial purposes.Kindly unblock my debit card and also my net banking my account no :154701503479

I am an account holder of ICICI Bank Sector 62, Noida.
I tried to change my pin number of my ATM card but the ATM machine displays a message that your ATM is blocked kindly unblock my card as soon as possible..
