[Resolved] ICICI Prudential — ICICI Prudential Complaints - Wrongly sent one cheque from them which I have never requested and that is missing now | |
Dear Sir, My name is -SITAKANTA ACHARYA. And my father’s name is- SUDARSANA ACHARYA. I have a policy from ICICI-PRUDENTIAL with policy number[protected] for the last 4 years almost. It is in the category of Maximizer- growth unit link plan. As the unit cost went down drastically in November 2008, one of the executives came from ICICI , by name “Swati” and said that she had been sent by their head office to help the policy holders recover from the loss. And she had almost all the details of my policy, so I believed that. She advised me to divert a part of the money in that policy without any extra charge where there was a guaranteed profit. And I agreed to divert Rs 15000.00 and she created a new policy with number[protected] on 26 Dec 2008. My billing address at that time was 38-A, Nagli Rajapur. Nizamuddin East, New Dellhi -13 But there was no such request from my side to return any money to me from the old policy[protected]maximiser). In the month of April 2009, before I left Delhi and shifted to Bangalore I requested, on 16 Mar 2009, to change my address to : No-7, 16th -Main, 17th Cross N.S. Palya, BTM 2ND Stage , Kuppuswamy Layout. Bangalore 560076. Ph-[protected] The Policy agent “Swati” took all the details and committed to me that she will take care of this address change properly and I need not to worry for that. After coming to Bangalore I never received any of the billings of both of the Policies at my Bangalore address. When I check with Swati, she told me that there was a cheque of Rs 15000.00 was sent by mistake to the Delhi address in the month of March 2009. I checked with my family that had been staying at the mentioned Delhi address till August and no such cheque was received from ICICI on my name. Still there is no such information about that cheque , which I had never asked for and every time I called Swati, she told me that she would look after the matter and resolve everything. Nothing is resolved so far and she is not even picking up the phone these day If I call. The name of the agent : Swati Contact number is[protected]. Please consider my problem. I HAVE A SMARKID POLICY OF ICICI PRU. AND PAYING MY PREMIUM ON TIME.
NOW I HAVE RECEIVED A CALL OF MR. RAJ MALHOTRA (M.NO.[protected]) FROM ICICI PRUDENTIONAL FOR A INVESTMENT PLAN, I SAID I AM NOT INTERESTED FOR ANOTHER PLAN BECAUSE I AM ALREADY USING YOUR SMARTKID PLAN. AFTER A DAY ONCE A CALL I HAVE RECEIVED WITH T.NO.[protected] OF ANY MS. SHE SAID I AM CALLING FROM ICICI AND UI ARE USING A SMARTKID POLICY WHICH FUND VALUE IS APOX 45 K AND TAKE ANOTHER PLAN, I SAID I HAVE NO INTEREST SO SHE THAT WHY ARE U PAYING PREMIUM OF SMARTKID POLICY, CLOSE THEM AND SHE MISBEHVE ME. I AM VERY SHOCKED TO SEE THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOUR. KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER SERIOUSLY AND TAKE ACTION AGAINST MR. RAJ MALHOTRA & THAT LADY FOR MISBEHAVE THEIR VALUABLE CUSTOMER. I AM VERY UPSET . U R REQUESTED TO TAKE ACTION, FAILING WHICH I WILL BE FORCED THIS MATTER TO YOUR SENIORS OR COURT.
