sir, i wish to inform you that due to my financial crunch , i would like to surrender the policy of icici prudential of policy number - 08218384 against myself KannappanNanjan as policy holder , gave premium of amount 40000 rs as the premium, after that i have spoken many times to your customer care officers for the refund of the policy but no positive result found. i hope you will understand my position and help me to get the money back as early as possible. i am leaving my contact number and address as below .
