[Resolved]  ICICI Prulife — NON RECEIPT OF POLICY DOCUMENT

As per our policy we don`t have receive our complete document ( Name Vishnu Goel, Policy No.[protected] We receive only one document Premium Paid Certificate (Deposite date 16, aug-2008)
plz send me all releted document as soon as possible.

i have submitted my premium of ICICI prulife of Rs 5000/- but money receipt has not been received by me till date.My premium was for the month of Sept'08.My policy no is 01396969.Please arrange to send it by mail so that I can deposit it to concerned Tax department for rebate.

I am looking forward ICICI Prudential life Insurance Patna Branch should email scanned copy of my policy to the above email address as soon as possible, I also want to know next premium due notification from Patna ICICI Prulife Office, please also advise if payment can be made in ICICI Prulife Office in Dubai.
