my request to u please see to it and make necessary arrangement to release above mentioned issue.

I had applied for one bond of ICICI tax saving bonds bearing appllication form no E0490664 and payment made throug ch no 033930 Rs5000 dated 07/03/2005of sbi varanasi.The bond has already matured for payment, but I have not recieved yet either certificate/statement or redemption warrant.Kindly look into the matter and take quick action.

i have not received interest of the year 2007-08&2008-09.

I had purchased four tax saving bonds @ Rs 5000/- each in the yr Jan 2002.Bond holder no[protected] certificate no 40987. the redemption date for the said bonds was Jan 2005. I do not recall redeeming these bond. What can i do now. can u please help . The Certificate is held safely by me.

Dear Sir

I have purchase ICICI Tax Saving bond from ICICI Kolhapur Branch of Rs. 30000 in March 2005. It will be matured in March 2010.

I want to get deposited the money in my ICICI Kolkata Branch A/C ( Kolhapur, Maharastra ICICI branch A/c is being transferred to Kolkata ICICI bank A/c ).

Although I have purchased from ICICI Bank At Kolhapur, Maharashtra, Ihope it can be encashed from my Kolkata ICICI branch A/c as I have transferred my A/C from Kolhapur to Kolkata.

I will give a letter to Kolkata ICICI bank mentioning the bond number, bank details ( of present ICICI bank A/c )and then the request that I want the maturity amount to be credited directly to the mentioned account. Also I will attach the bond certificate in original.

Hope that will serve the purpose.

Please let me know if any other details are required.
