Dear Sir/Madam,

I have cancelled my ICICI credit card without even used for a single time. But i've been getting SMS stating that ICICI VBP will pay my phone bills. I can pay my bills, so it would be better if you inactivate my account as soon as possible.

I am Praveen, not getting my PostPaid bills at my billing Address.Regarding this i have raised issue so many times and also called so many times to Customer care for this they are giving(Courrier Service) bills without confirming my number and giving anothert number which is not working when i contact with customer care and taken that number, kindly attention regarding this

The same thing happened with me. ICICI did not inform me about the charges. When I inquired, they say they they had sent a SMS informing about the charges. But I did not receive any such SMS from ICICI.

I think if they wish to charge for the service, the customer should be informed in advance and his consent has to be obtained for continuing the service.

They must inform and take consent of customer if their offer and actual differs.

I used to get my utility bills paid by the VCisa Bill Pay Service. With the introduction of a yearly fees, I decided to discontinue with this service. Calls to customer care are simply a waste of time. You cannot get through their automated system. I mailed a letter to them asking them to discontinue this service for me but no action has been taken. I continue to get alerts that the telephone bill will be paid by them. How do I make them DISCONTINUE the arrangement?

Last month I had registered my MSEB Bill Towards Visa Bill Pay, but no Alert message Came from your side, So look in to this matter immediately.Awaiting for your quick response.

same happened with me today...but the problem is i was well informed by them that this service is now a paid service.They had mentioned this thing alongwith the account statements that i get.But i think its a kind of fraud that they are doing.Even i was told that i will be getting cash back if i opt for this service which i have never got.M gonna cancel this card right now.ICICI sucks

I was also informed by ICICI credit card department that Visa Bill Pay service is free of cost and after 3 months they have charged me BILL PAY ANNUAL FEE of Rs 175/= (100+75) exclusive of service tax

On March 14th, 2009, I receivved a message from you that there is inssufificientr credit limit on my account. to pay a bill from Mahanagar Gas for Rs. 200/-

The statement which is on the computer right now shows that my last statement dated today, March 14th, 2009, Ihad a credit limit of Rs. 58, 000/- less Rs. 5, 599.52 to be paid. This leaves a total amount of Rs. 57, 440.48 in credit limnit unutilised. .

Either yuou have some funny people working for you who seem to have added another Rs. 50, 000/- to the amount due from me or they do not know the work.

If you do this once more, I will close all my dealings with you.

SAME HERE WITHOUT MENTIONING EARLIER THEY CHARGED ME ALSO (175+SERVICE TAX) I AM ALSO TRYING TO MAKE MY ALL THE SERVICES LINKED TO ICICI DEAD.

I want to stop the Max New York Life Insurance payment from now onwards.

Even after several communication it doesn't seems that you have any attention on your customers
i would like to stop ICICI VBP services immidiately this service is started without my permission and iam paying the bills from last 1 year un necessarily even that telephone no .is not mine .

I have noticed that ICICI VBP is charging my credit card for the bill pay services.I was told when I started this service that it is a FREE service, then how come ICICI start charging for the service without informing the customer?? This is a case of cheating with the customer and can be brought to the notice of Consumer Forum.Audience please agree or agree.

that i do not have sufficient credit limit on my credit card. It seems you are joking, i have too much credit limit on my card, you can chk better. It seems your system is not properly working. you better modify your system with well educated persons to operate system.pl clarify my complaint soon.

Enrolled for icici visa bill pay service for my cellular phone bil payment. having an Idea connection. The last bill generated and due on 5.02.2010 is still showing unpaid and not recd. any mesage for receipt of bill nor for the payment from ICICI Value bill pay services. Kindly veryfy the status and inform me immediately.

u failed to make the payment of my mobile bill (No. [protected]) due on 3rd Sept 2011, the vodafone charged delay payment. Again this month u failed to make the payment from my a/c. I want to discontinue your service with immediate effect. Pl do the needful.
