I am thee customer of ICICI credit card . The credit card number is [protected]. I made my last statement(January 2013 month) credit card bill through HDFC bank net banking gateway on 18th Feb 2013. The amount was not credited in my credit card account. The amount(Rs.12,253.89/-) was debited from my savings bank account (HDFC Bank). I have raised thee same issue withe my savings bank and got feedback like, they made thee payment to beneficiary on 21st Feb 2013. And due to this am facing thee late charge fees and interest amount. And my credit card was blocked due to this instance. Am trying to reach you via phone banking several times (200 to 300 times in a week) but it was not connected due to thee large number calls.And one time I was connected through my friend credit card. At that time thee complaint was registered and send thee proofs (HDFC Savings Bank Statement) to customer.[protected]@icicibank.com as per thee customer executive suggestion. And later on again trying to reach phone banking, but still am unable to connect the customer care thorough phone. I never face this kind of situation withe any other bank service. There no update from thee bank since last 2 weeks. For reference please find thee attached savings bank statement. Please take an necessary action on this complaint and need to do favor for me.

ICICI Credit Card — Credit Card Billing

Dear All,

In regards to my billing for my credit card, i have not received even a single bill from ICICI both via paper or e-mail format. Although i get anyonomus messages stating some random amounts that i need to pay without any description. I have raised the same again and again to ICICI customer care but all in vain. I am ready to raise this to highest authority and not ready to pay any extra intrest they been accumilating without any information.
