Idea Cellular — about gprs complaint

Idea — Complaint regarding GPRS

Dear Sir,

I am a Idea mobile user from last 3 years. I had a good experience using idea in himachal & roaming all over North India. I activate my Internet package 1 Year back. At that time i was using Sony Ericcson Mobile handset. There were no problem with that. But 2 Months back i change my Handset to Apple Iphone. I am so Dissapointed by your Call Centre & Internet Helpdesk at Khalini Shimla. I am keep calling at Your Idea Call Centre, They told me to Send SMS ' SET ' & get setting, I Tried but no settings were arrived. Than i request them to provide me Manual Settings. o They suggest me to go at Idea Cellular Office at Khalini.
At Khalini first your Helpdesk Assistant refused to meet & solve the problem. After some request they have a look & told me that Idea has no Iphone Setting Available.
So is it the suggestion to me to change my phone set or change the SIM or get some other cellular service ( BSNL, AIRTEL etc. )

A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT !!!
