SIM CARD — Wrong Phone Number given

I have received SIM No.[protected] vide Cash receipt No.
10695 dated 29.03.2008 for Rs.250.00 on which your DSA M/s.Intouch Solution Pvt.Ltd, B-66, Naraina Industrial Area, Phase-II, New Delhi-110026 given me Phone No.[protected].
On checking from Vodafone Stores at D-27, Connought Place,
New Delhi-110001 on 11.04.2008m it is found that they have supplied wrong SIM and above indicated Phone No. is already allotted to some one other. Your Vodaphone Stores above told me that they have done the best and this SIM Card will be activated with 3 to 4 hours, but till this date SIM Card is not
activated. Who is responsible for this fault or cheating.

IDEA Postpaid — Converting pre paid to post paid

I have been contacted by a call centre of IDEA for converting my prepaid number into post paid. The name of the company is Live Wire Call Center Services Pvt. Ltd. I have filled the form on 30th March 2009. They said it will take 48 hours for activation. It is now more than a week, I have no response. When I called up the IDEA customer care, they said they do not have any request of my application. I don't know if this is a case of fraud.

IDEA POST PAID — given wrong sim card

i d r kishore have taken two idea post paid connection ([protected] and [protected]) after using it for two days i got a message that sim card registration have failed.
when i contacted the idea center at secunderabad they told that they have no idea regarding the problem and i should contact coustomaer care call center.when contacted them they told that i should have taken sim card of ranga reddy distict.
the problem is how can i know which sim card i have to take when a excecutive himself comes to me and gives the sim card.the person who is given sim should have verified my address before giving the sim.
i am ready to pay the charges also i applicable, i only request for early change of sim.

IDEA Postpaid — Wrong charging to bill

Dear Sir/Mam

I had been susbscribed to a promotional event from Idea company that is named as rediff beauty and rediff health tips. When i asked to the customer care they told me that i had accepted the offer during promotinal call buy pressing '1' on key pad. But i am sure that i had not received any such promotional call or accepted any such offer during use of my cell since the date i had shifted on to the post paid services.

IDEA Postpaid — not receiving bill

Greetings!!!!

This complain is in referene to my previous two complaints dated 11-09-10 and 21-10-10 . Sir my number is again stopped after45 days, when i went for the enquiry to the lajpat nagar showroom a executive name NIKHIL helped me out and told me the reason by calling those people from whom i took this number, the number on which he called was as mentioned

he had a word with a girl Sherya who gave this number to me and has simply irritated me a number of times by making my number stopped and this time again my number is stopped from last 4 days and a lot of problem is being faced by me but u all hardly care for the customer proplem.

latter on i had a work with Prashant who is from the same unit his number is [protected] he said " Sir due to non submission o[censored]r docs from our end ur number is stopped but by 22 Sep ur number will be started", Sir but i have submitted my docs and had received a verification calls and after 45 days thay are telling my docs are not submitted and now the thing is tht boy is not picking my call, dear i am workinh and all work is on phone so plz kindly understant my problem and let me knw when can i get my number started and plzzzzzzzzz i request you all to take a serious action to all those who are playing with the customer like Sherya and Prashant by making false commitments .

Plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz understand the problem and do get my number started ASAP.

Why are u all bothering a customer so badly that his last option is to surrender the number.

This is my 4th complein to u all but no actiona nd my number is still closed.

IDEA POST PAID — DISCONNECT OUTGOING SERVICES

MY ALL SERVICES ARE BARRED EVEN AFTER 1ST BILL IS PAID IN TIME.. MY MOBILE NUMBER IS +[protected]. MY DOCUMENTS ARE COMPLETE., I'M FACING THIS PROBLEM SINCE 2 WEEKS, & NOW I'M FED-UP OF ALL THESE THINGS. N I'M SENDING REQUEST TO ACTIVATE MY SERVICES.

IDEA POST PAID — Number deleted and balance money gone

Dear Sir,

My mobile No: [protected] is blocked and now deleted, when I gone to find out the reason,they told that verfication documents was not submitted. Sir I have been using this number for almost 1.5 years and at time of buying the sim I had submiited all required documents. I was out of country for almost 5 months when I came back the Idea gallary person told me that this number has been deleted and cant be used again. This number is very important to me as many of my friends have this number also the balance amount lossed and cant be recovered from Idea. I feel like cheated number is gone with balance its like day light robbery. There were no intimation e-mail or lettter was send to me regarding termination of services. Also on there website there is no provision to complain.

i m not receving my and also unable to port fro m idea to vodafone due to my current opp.(idea) rejection .i m disspointed from idea [protected]

every time my current opprater rejection whenever i try to port my idea number into vodafone this time company saying m new user of idea even i m using this [protected] number from 6 yr

IDEA POST PAID — Sim Activation against payment

Dear Sir/Madam,
Few days back tellecaller called me for the postpaid connection from Idea. i was using a idead prepaid connection. So i decided to avail the offer and told him to come and collect my documents. There man came to me for the document collection and also took Rs. 250 as service charge. Now after 15 days have been passed and i am not getting any response from them. I tried in customer care and nodal officer but nobody is helping me. i am having the welcome kit and copy of a form which i filled to get the service.

Please suggest.
