[Resolved] Idea Cellular — IDEA CHEATING WITH CUSTOMERS ! NOT ALLOWING MOBILE NUMBER TO LEAVE THE NETWORK FOR PORTING TO HAPPEN !

I had applied to get my number ported from Idea to Tata Docomo on 25th of May. I received a message from DOCOMO on May 27th saying that my request for MNP has been registered. It has been about 15 days but still the process hasn't got completed. When I contacted the local office of Tata Docomo, I was informed that my number hasn't been released by your company because of which it hasn't been added to the Tata Docomo Network. As I don't have any outstanding bills of any kind, your company has no reason to block the transfer of my number. I don't know the reason for not allowing my number to port. Hence I request you to do the needful so that I can at least leave your company on a happy note after suffering numerous problems during my nearly 4 years association with your company.

IDEA Communications — cheating customers

Attention dear kerala public (idea users &non-users)

idea started putting schemes, callertunes to users without customers permission.
Idea ppl make calls and disturb customer frequently.
Idea customers has no where to compliant other than idea busy customer care.
And after all no clarity for this network...

Dear idea users be aware o[censored]r balance in your account...idea is pickpoketing out your balance

im an idea retailer...im wasting my time in canceling callertunes and schemes of customers.

Idea — cheating customers

Per day tey r calling minimum 4 time from service center if we canceling means tey cal again and again so it irritating to customers ..... and what a funny thing is sometime they itself activate some services and charged Rs.30 .it occured many times for me

Idea Cellular — Idea is not allowing porting out

I have raised request for porting my number from Idea to vodafone. Idea rejected the request siting reason of some contractual obligation as the number was having CUG plan. Though number is having CUG I am paying the bills punctualy. My porting code is IZ242837. Which got expired on 17th Feb.

Idea Cellular — Number Barring without reason

I was Idea's Postpaid customer and I converted it to prepaid number. My number is [protected], I have already submitted my documents many times. After every three to four days Idea barrs my services without any reasons, I have already provided them my all the documents many times. Idea cellshop guys say that they have already submitted and they do not know.when i call call centre they say we have not got the documents. I think that they are doing fraud with the Ex-postpaid customers and ahrassing them in all the possible manners.
