All complaints to telecom operators be reflected in the bills. E-Complaints are answered with only an auto e-reply without any complaint number by mobile operators Idea / Vodafone etc. Are they not supposed to generate a complaint number for reference? Require Consumer Organizations / NGO / Telecom Regulatory Authority of India / Consumer groups to check this.
