You can simply go to your nearest idea retailer and ask for duplicate simcard of the same number. You will need to submit a copy of you identity proof and a passport size photograph.

idea pre paid sim — idea -lost sim of prepaid no along with IMEI of phone required to be blocked

my idea pre paid no [protected] has lost .for which i have informed poolice .when myself contacted idea person for blocking the sim card they straight way denied by saying that you must buy a new sim with same no . It is not fair because now i dont want to keep that lost no. kindly inform me what should i do .may i approch respected juduicial court.. some body informed me that the IMIE no of lost phone can be blocked please do inform how can it be done . thanking you sir
